23/03/2025: Ci siamo tornati dopo qualche tempo,devo dire che il cibo è ancora ottimo,un po’ caotico ed abbiamo aspettato un pochino per le portate ma comprensibile gestire una sala piena e con lunghe tavolate Si ritorna sicuro

21/12/2024: During one of my bike trips, when lunch time came and I was craving Kebab, I did a quick search online and with a deviation of a couple of kilometers from my route, I came across this very small take-away pizzeria which does also Kebab and has a couple of makeshift places where you can enjoy their products while sitting comfortably. Their kebab sandwich fully satisfied my cravings and expectations... highly recommended!!!

22/03/2025: I went to this place with a friend, with our four children aged 5, 6 and 7, under the illusion of being able to enjoy a moment of socializing. We chose it specifically because we knew there was a space dedicated to children. We ordered 6 drinks, we were at our table, the children drank and drew for about 20/25 minutes. Then they moved to the play room and we, hoping to have a chat, stood on either side of the access door to this room to keep watch over them (they had thrown one of their toys outside the dedicated space and we immediately took it out of their hands, just as we prevented them from taking the games present there out of the room). After about fifty minutes in total in the restaurant we were approached by the waitress and politely asked to leave because the children were disturbing the other patrons. I pointed out to the waitress that we too had been "harassed" by other people's children who, while we were sitting on the sofa, jumped on the back of our seats and the waitress candidly replied that those children had also been removed (although we had not complained about anything, moreover: if the place is kids friendly, the presence of other children besides one's own is in the natural order of things). And he added that "he had been scolding parents since 3 in the afternoon". Our children were certainly lively and noisy, the playroom does not have completely closed walls and the noise that children make while playing spreads. But I have to say that here there is a short circuit in communication with the customer. If a place offers a space dedicated to children, it gives a signal of welcome and welcome to families and also, precisely, to children. However, if the children (and not just mine, evidently, given that others have previously been a source of disturbance, and in this sense there are also reviews on Tripadvisor) are so annoying for the customers, perhaps the manager should think about removing the play room altogether. Truly an unpleasant experience.

16/02/2025: Chinese restaurant with expertly prepared dishes. Staff always very welcoming. Sweet vegan option: Semifreddo similar to vegan tiramisu, packaged but of excellent quality. Highly recommended!

25/01/2025: We ate there at lunchtime. It was really good, with fresh food, a generous portion and really inexpensive (10 euro gyros+fries+ketchup/mayo sauce + drink of your choice). The service wasn't the fastest, but it was rush hour so that's understandable. The restaurant is very clean and simple. In itself I recommend because it is very good, inexpensive and well located.

21/02/2025: Siamo stati per la serata Caciarata, arriviamo dopo aver prenotato e aspettiamo 30 minuti perche’ il tavolo non e’ disponibile. La serata alla fine e’ un dj e tanta confusione. Servizio disastroso e confusionario, carta dei vini inesistente, i piatti sono arrivati tutti insieme, antipasti con i primi…mangiare veramente nella media e prezzi elevati!!! Consiglio ai proprietari al posto di fare il trenino di seguire il servizio. A mai più!!!

01/04/2025: I'll start by saying that Cristallo is a place we've always been happy to return to, but the lunch we had two days ago was very low quality. First of all, we had to wait more than half an hour for two mixed salads and a plate of cold cuts, this with the restaurant empty. As if that wasn't enough, we had asked for a salad without rocket, rightly so, a bagged salad from the supermarket with rocket arrived. We informed the staff and they still insisted that there was no rocket. The saddest part of the lunch, the pasta Gricia with guanciale, a dish that shouldn't even have left the kitchen.. it had 1 cm of oil on the bottom. They were kind enough to remove the salad and pasta from our bill, saying that they had problems in the kitchen that day, but certain things shouldn't happen.

23/03/2025: First time in this restaurant yesterday and we will definitely be back. Very welcoming environment and well-kept in details. Very kind and helpful staff. Really beautiful dishes and above all delicious. Congratulations indeed🤗
