26/10/2025: A very pleasant atmosphere. The food is excellent. The pizzas, cooked in a wood-fired oven, are fantastic. The service is fast, and the staff is friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

08/11/2025: Some dishes arrived cold or just lukewarm. I was not satisfied with the quality of the food and the place inside is a bit small so even paying at the cash register is a problem because being narrow it hinders the work of the staff.
20/10/2025: As Chinese food goes, it's good and very reasonably priced! The service isn't bad, and if you order takeout over the phone, they're efficient. The only problem is managing intolerances. I called specifying that I have a celiac, and they replied saying they had suitable dishes... that evening, the celiac person got sick due to contamination!

27/09/2025: Perfect cocktails! The only place in Laveno for a pleasant aperitivo. I recommend Il bacio di Klimt, a fantastic cocktail: coconut, stega, pineapple, chili pepper, pineapple... The bartender, Patrick, is excellent. The lake view, great music, and friendly waiters are not to be underestimated!

02/11/2025: The comment about the mushroom tart, which I read, was misplaced: it was good and as described, beautifully presented. On the other hand, the snobbish use of English terms to describe customer service, which was certainly not lacking, speaks volumes about the person who commented. The meat was very good, and the wine was up to par. The only flaw was the very noisy place, with moments of annoyance: there were a lot of children, but the noise came from the adults (think about it!), and the wait for the dishes was a bit long.
27/10/2025: The food is excellent and the service is friendly.
The place is even prettier after the latest renovation!
The idea of a birthday party at Balabiott with their traditional camparino was also great.
Fantastic place and highly recommended!!!!

11/10/2025: This restaurant serves home-style cooking, generous portions, and a welcoming and friendly staff. Matteo, the owner, made us feel at home, and Daniela was a warm welcome. If you're in the area and want to eat well, this is the place to stop. The price and quality are affordable. We'll definitely be back!

11/11/2025: Every time I stay here they don’t email me the receipt. Every other Marriott in the world sends me the bill within a day or 2. What’s going on here????? Rest if review: Attached to terminal one so a 5 min walk from the airport. My room was clean modern and bright with a window that actually opened! Room was ready when committed. Front desk staff were fast and pleasant. Room was spotless and secure. HVAC system was quiet. Got a great nights sleep as the room was very quiet. Breakfast was sensational especially the eggs. If you have an early am flight or arrive from overseas early in the AM this is the place to stay - just make sure you walk away with your receipt!
10/11/2025: I just expected an ok hotel to spend the night but it turned out to be one of the most beautiful hotels I’ve ever been to. Spectacular breakfast area and the breakfast itself. Huge room that we were upgraded to thanks to titanium status. Very well insulated, you can’t hear planes or anything. Room was so nice too.

20/08/2025: Delicious! My girlfriend and I went last week and they put a spoonful of ice cream (in my case, Nutella) on top of a cone of other flavors. Since then, I've been waiting to go back and try the Nutella ice cream again. Today I tried the unicorn flavor and I already know I can't wait to go back and try it again in the next few days.
