09/05/2025: The couple running this cafe are really nice, and eager to make small talk with you. Really good sandwiches, coffee and a nice looking cafe. If I lived here i would come here for a coffee everyday. Would recommend!!

31/03/2025: Characteristic bar, equipped with everything, located in the small square of Galliate Lombardo, with tables outside. The owners are good, welcoming, attentive. The pastries are excellent as are the sandwiches, the aperitifs are super! A nice place, I recommend it.

23/03/2025: Pranzo di lavoro quasi 2 anni dopo. Ottimo come allora. Le proposte per il pranzo di lavoro, spesso piatti unici, sono eccellenti e per tutti i gusti. Rigorosamente sfiziosi, sono in porzioni generose. I crostini al tavolo sono il classico uno tira l’altro.

23/03/2025: Business lunch almost 2 years later. As good as it was then. The proposals for business lunch, often single dishes, are excellent and for all tastes. Strictly tasty, they are in generous portions. The crostini at the table are the classic one leads to another. The environment is furnished in a particular way. Not only quality products as an additional proposal, but refined furnishing details placed here and there.

13/05/2025: Really nice place, the cuisine is taken care of in detail and the ingredients are quality. The sauces made by them are delicious. Even the takeaway arrives preserved in an optimal way and it is like eating it on the spot. The guys are very helpful and kind even for requests on takeaway orders. Highly recommended!

19/06/2025: I don't even know what to write about this. My husband had a piece of lasagna. The waiter praised it for being topped with ragu. It had everything but ragu. It tasted of nothing, and the portion size wasn't justified for the price. The pizza was actually just mozzarella, and the dough had a strange aftertaste to me. I wouldn't eat there again. At the tables next to us, someone also asked if the pizza should be sliced. We weren't asked, and we weren't given any seasoning to add.

14/05/2025: The hotel is nice. The bathroom feels more like a hospital. The rooms facing the highway are extremely noisy. The air conditioning doesn't work. The lighting in the room is very difficult to understand. Breakfast was quite reasonable for the price. The hotel's location is quite nice, if you're away from the highway.

23/03/2025: Located in the middle of the Varesina state road, the elegant structure stands behind a sumptuous wrought iron gate. This restaurant is housed in a sumptuous residence dating back to around the second half of the 19th century. The interesting combination of history and modernity reigns supreme. Formal welcome by a very kind waitress, who offers an unusual and very welcome tasting of the oil produced by the owners in Val D'Orcia. A tasty and unexpected aperitif was also offered, which pleasantly served as a prelude to a wonderful dinner. The chef, worthy of the most renowned starred cuisines, born to satisfy the most sophisticated palates with delicate dishes, delicious to the eye and which lead the palate straight to ecstasy. White reigns, the dominant color both in the internal room and in the external patio, here in contrast with a pleasantly dated flooring with dark notes of brown. The structure is surrounded by greenery, so much so that the presence of the road on the outside is forgotten. My need for gluten- and lactose-free cuisine was largely satisfied without the slightest hesitation, without detracting from the flavor and beauty of the dishes. There is free parking outside on the opposite side of the road and the possibility of parking inside the structure. Three steps to access the entrance. I recommend, if you don't have one, a small platform for disabled people and strollers. For those looking for a quiet, elegant and romantic location, I highly recommend it. 11/07/2025: We initially just wanted a drink, but then we stayed for dinner. Very good pizza and also a good home-brewed beer, which isn't something you can say everywhere as a spoiled Tesco customer. Nice atmosphere and very attentive service.
