Summer or winter, this is a lovely spot for aperitifs with your partner or friends. The gnocco fritto platter and Spritz are delicious. The place is very nice, and the staff are friendly and helpful.

A unique place with harlequin-style furnishings. The food is good, the platters are plentiful, and you can also choose from a set menu! I recommend it if you like something a little more whimsical. Background music

A lovely little place just a 5-minute drive from the center of Varese, ideal for a nice aperitivo in my opinion! I ordered a Campari Spritz and my boyfriend a glass of red. They bring chips and peanuts, but otherwise they have a wide selection of menu items, including platters of cold cuts and cheeses, battered vegetables, and even first and second courses. 🙂 We ordered their potato chips and a platter of raw ham (excellent quality) accompanied by fried gnocco. The atmosphere is cozy, slightly dimly lit, the waiters are friendly, and the service is fairly quick.

Il Giardino Ristorante pizzeria

15/03/2026: We met up with a group of old friends on the evening of March 14th. It's not my first time at this restaurant, and although the decor is a bit retro, the service is excellent, and the food is high-quality and well-prepared. The only downside was that they stole a large, colorful umbrella that was a gift from my son. It really bothered me, not because of the owners, who couldn't do anything about it, but because of the poor, starving man who took it. I would have gladly paid for his dinner rather than lose that sentimental item. If you were to read this review: you're truly empty inside, do some soul searching, and I hope something 10 times worse happens to you!
