A lovely little place just a 5-minute drive from the center of Varese, ideal for a nice aperitivo in my opinion! I ordered a Campari Spritz and my boyfriend a glass of red. They bring chips and peanuts, but otherwise they have a wide selection of menu items, including platters of cold cuts and cheeses, battered vegetables, and even first and second courses. 🙂 We ordered their potato chips and a platter of raw ham (excellent quality) accompanied by fried gnocco. The atmosphere is cozy, slightly dimly lit, the waiters are friendly, and the service is fairly quick.
