22/02/2026: We went to Paranza for dinner with friends for the first time. The dishes were delicious, generous, and the chocolate meringue was enormous 😍 compared to other restaurants that halve the portions. The waiters were very kind and very accommodating to every request. We'll be back, thank you. 😁 We'll definitely be back.

23/02/2026: An exceptional culinary experience, compliments to Chef Salmoiraghi! The dining room service was impeccable. The price of a glass of wine was truly excessive and disappointing: €22.00 per glass (and a small quantity, by the way), way too much! For this reason alone, I'm not giving it 5 stars.

04/12/2025: Definitely mediocre value for money. The food is good, but not exceptional. The tasting glasses of wine were 8 / 2 for €184. That seems really high, considering they were two Piedmontese classic method aperitifs. 1 + 1 Via Sazia Bianco and Moscato, which I didn't drink. 1 + 1 Prosecco Valdobbiadene and Dolcetto. 1 + 1 Barolo and Lambrusco di Sorbara. Really small portions. It was a surprise menu, so it was a gift, but €544 for two! We didn't ask for coffee, and they didn't even try to offer a digestif. And they didn't even take into account one glass we didn't drink.

09/03/2026: I'll start by saying that I've tried the gelato several times and the quality is very good. Despite the quality of the ingredients, I think the price increase is unjustified. A small cup in other artisanal gelato shops in the city costs €3; here, it's gone from €3.50 to €3.70. Is €3.70 worth the gelato? In my opinion, no, especially considering the line you have to wait in, the random hours you have to respect (it's open today but not tomorrow), and last but not least, the owner is a serious guy who probably doesn't even like interacting with people.

13/11/2025: Small but very nice and original ice cream shop with very good and artisanal ice cream. It's a shame because there is no place to sit, but still a highly recommended ice cream shop.

08/12/2025: I had gone to visit the markets of Somma, and then I was looking for a restaurant, since the reviews speak well of it, I tried it and found it excellent, the food was excellent, the dish of the day offered was excellent, the dessert excellent, excellent service very kind and friendly and nice.

10/03/2026: I was here recently for dinner. As soon as you walk in, you discover a world you wouldn't imagine from the outside. The place is truly meticulously designed, very beautiful, and welcoming. The food is excellent, from the homemade pasta to the meat and fish dishes...everything is delicious, carefully presented, and top-quality. I can't even recommend a dish because it's all delicious! The owners are super kind and helpful...I'll definitely be back soon! Definitely worth a try!

06/03/2026: Nine of us, including children, visited this restaurant, and the experience was truly excellent. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with great warmth and attentiveness by the staff, always smiling and helpful. The restaurant is tastefully decorated: the atmosphere is refined, welcoming, and pleasant, perfect for both a family dinner and an evening with friends. Even with a large group like ours, we immediately felt at ease. The food was simply exquisite. Each dish was prepared with great care, using quality ingredients and boasting truly well-balanced flavors. You could sense the passion in the kitchen and the attention to detail. A special thank you to the owner and staff for their professionalism and kindness: they made our evening even more enjoyable, paying special attention to our children and our needs. We will definitely return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for excellent cuisine in a welcoming environment with impeccable service.

16/12/2025: The pizza is absolutely delicious, and there's no arguing with that. The atmosphere is lovely, and the service is also absolutely pleasant. The price is a little higher than I expected.

Despite the fair prices, chef Filippo's cuisine is truly excellent and top-notch, thanks to his international experience. Bravo!

13/11/2025: The brioches were bland and tasteless, a complete disrespect for Sicilian pastry making. The experience was made worse by the staff, who were rude and arrogant. Trust those who are trustworthy: if you're looking for authenticity and courtesy, this isn't the place. Not recommended.

14/02/2026: A lovely little place just a 5-minute drive from the center of Varese, ideal for a nice aperitivo in my opinion! I ordered a Campari Spritz and my boyfriend a glass of red. They bring chips and peanuts, but otherwise they have a wide selection of menu items, including platters of cold cuts and cheeses, battered vegetables, and even first and second courses. 🙂 We ordered their potato chips and a platter of raw ham (excellent quality) accompanied by fried gnocco. The atmosphere is cozy, slightly dimly lit, the waiters are friendly, and the service is fairly quick.

Kudos to the quality and professionalism of the staff; we were greeted by a very kind young lady. I've been wanting to have lunch here for a while, and I have to say it's worth it, and we'll definitely be back. Thank you for giving us such a great experience.

The cuisine is delicious and meticulously prepared. The wine list offers a wealth of choices, offering quality without being overbearing. I always leave satisfied, as do those who accompany me.
