It happens that evening when you are out and about in Gallarate and after an aperitif you want to add something because maybe you are still hungry. Well I can tell you that I was pleasantly surprised: between the environment, the staff, the service, the wine list and the dishes, described beforehand and expertly prepared afterwards, time passes slowly (fortunately) and with a particular sensation, like not be in Gallarate, but elsewhere. Congratulations to all the staff, I felt pampered. I haven't felt this way in a restaurant in a long time. Well done! 👏

It's a shame that you didn't give stars for Michele's friendliness and friendliness. For the rest, an appetizing second course, a glass of excellent wine and 3 pastries that complete everything.

Nel cuore di Gallarate una fantastica osteria , molto intima , per niente grande, ma a volte il bello è proprio questo , che a fine serata ci si conosce tutti e si ride e scherza con tutti. Noi siamo stati lì ieri sera con amici , Sofia che è la ragazza che ci accolto ha saputo metterci subito a nostro agio con la sua simpatia , ci ha consigliato dei piatti ottimi , ci ha anche spiegato che il menù cambia da mezzogiorno alla sera ( infatti lei era il nostro menù vivente 😂) devo dire che c è un ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo … alla fine averci offerto gli amari è stato quel tocco in più ! Ah vino ottimo , consigliato dal loro sommelier … consigliatissimo , noi ci torneremo senz’altro… grazie per l ottima serata

29/03/2024: The place is simply lovely but the service needs to be significantly improved. Over 20 minutes to order and the food is really poor, the quality is terrible (the terrible burger, frozen of poor quality) and not even a sprinkling of salt on the chips, they are also soggy. I was very disappointed to discover, after two menus were brought to me, that only the pizzas could be ordered from one of the two and not the dishes indicated, it would be fine if it were written clearly, but it is not nice to discover this when ordering, not to mention that, after telling me, the waiter immediately turned around to get another table, who arrived 10 minutes after us, and was quite annoyed when I politely told him I already knew what else to order. I understand that when there are so many tables it is difficult to manage the service, but there is really a lot of disorganization. For the rest everything is ok. I would like to return during aperitif time to try the cocktails and understand if it was an isolated incident or if unfortunately the quality is now purely touristy
