03/08/2026: I was looking for a little place where I could be immersed in nature, mingling with some animals, and also eat well... and I found it!! This restaurant is fantastic. It's inside a riding stable, so there are lots of horses as well as other animals, like turkeys, doves, pigs, and goats! I was pleasantly surprised because it's also wonderful for children, who can roam freely and discover so many wonderful things! The food is out of this world! We went for lunch and had a wonderful meal! Top-quality ingredients and generous quantities, plus the plating was truly exquisite! The waitresses are incredibly kind and courteous! I absolutely recommend this place to everyone!! It's truly a little gem in Ispra! We'll definitely be back!

21/07/2026: A cozy restaurant in the city center. Limited seating, so reservations are recommended. A very welcoming atmosphere and discreet service. The à la carte menu features both fish and meat dishes. Modern presentation and incredibly high-quality ingredients. Each dish is truly memorable. A decent wine list. A visit is recommended, even if you're not in the area!

08/08/2026: Clean and fantastic place, with truly excellent service. I ate the best pizza in the entire area: incredibly light dough and a high, fluffy crust, just like a true Neapolitan pizza! I've found my little corner of deliciousness. We'll see you again very soon to try the fritto misto: I saw a light, golden, and super dry fried fish being served, which won me over. Thank you so much!

04/08/2026: The atmosphere was too loud, it was hard to talk. The prices were too high and the portions were small. Unfortunately, I was disappointed.

27/05/2026: A lovely place where the cutlet is the star. The menu offers numerous variations, both plain and seasoned in a variety of ways. For those who don't like cutlet and want to try something else, excellent risottos and traditional Lombardy pasta dishes are also available. The waiters were very friendly. The service was attentive, both in terms of style and timing: we were never rushed, and at the same time, we never felt neglected. We'll definitely be back 😊

06/04/2026: Our experience was truly awful. We arrived at the refuge around 1:00 PM, and even though we had a reservation, we had to wait for our table. Everything was really disorganized. A group of ladies offered to give us a table since the waiters had made a mistake. Once seated, we ordered a platter and three first courses (I want to point out that the menu was fixed with a maximum of two choices for both the first and second courses). The platter arrived after about 40 minutes, quite bare, without even bread, which I think is quite important. Another sore point was that my glass was very dirty, even with hairs on it. After eating the platter, we waited about 2 hours for the first courses, which never arrived, because around 3:00 we decided to leave. I believe that to run a restaurant, you need a minimum of organization, which is the basis of everything. I do not recommend this place at all.

04/04/2026: If you're looking for authentic accommodation on Lake Maggiore, this is the perfect place. The view is simply unique and absolutely fantastic – the climb is definitely worth it! The hut is simply furnished, which is perfectly appropriate and fitting for its location on the mountain. I'd especially like to commend the owner: he's incredibly kind and welcoming, and makes you feel right at home. A truly special experience for anyone seeking peace and quiet and a stunning panorama!

19/07/2026: Perfect place to eat, fresh fish, top tier risotto. Great wine at a great price. If I come back to Laveno im coming back here. I had the sea baars and compagnon fresh salmon. Never seen salmon so fresh. Appetisers on the house & great service by the lovely owners. ( eat the tiramisu)

17/05/2026: After days of searching for a place to take my "queen" 👑 for lunch on her birthday, I settled on this place. A truly perfect choice! Everything was beautiful and delicious! We were so pampered by the girl in the dining room, friendly, professional, and available to explain the dishes and preparations. We ate really well; I couldn't find even the slightest evidence of some of the negative reviews written by others... Special thanks for their attention to a person with gluten intolerance! Their bread is fantastic! We'd love to go back tomorrow to try the other dishes. We'll definitely be back as soon as possible because we had a truly wonderful time from start to finish.
