01/06/2026: The dishes are served very quickly, even though I visited at 6 p.m. The staff's English was mediocre – maybe it was just my luck. The dishes are good, but nothing special. Keep in mind that a €2.50 per person surcharge is added to the price.

25/01/2026: We spent five days at this hotel with the half-board option and were absolutely satisfied. The stay was extremely pleasant. The staff was always helpful and very friendly. The breakfast buffet was rich, varied, and truly delicious, and dinner was equally delicious, prepared with great care and attention. The rooms are spacious, well-maintained, and very clean. The hotel is ideally located, just a short walk from the center, and offers a convenient free shuttle service to the ski slopes, a truly appreciated feature. We highly recommend this hotel.

07/01/2026: We booked 3 nights with breakfast included. There were 2 of us and 2 dogs, and we had a great time. Upon arrival, they left us some goodies in the room for both dogs, including space-saving bowls, bags, and canned food. The room was very clean. Relaxation service with a hot tub was included in the price. Breakfast offered a wide variety of products and plenty of it. Nothing to complain about; they were very kind and welcoming. The rooms were cleaned excellently every day, with towels and sheets changed.

04/05/2026: This restaurant was a pleasant discovery. The atmosphere is exquisite, and the staff is courteous and extremely professional, attentive but not intrusive. The owner, Luca, is a delightful person, and you can see the passion in his eyes for what he does and what he has created. Let's talk about his masterpieces. We chose to have lunch here, and the food they served was so excellent we decided to return that same evening, and they did not disappoint. They use top-quality ingredients: cured meats, cheeses, and meats were excellent. The tagliolini with porcini mushrooms won us over from the first bite, not to mention the desserts, which made us dream. The quality/price ratio is definitely in line with the products offered. Highly recommended. Congratulations on everything. We'll see you again as soon as we return to Livigno.

25/04/2026: We had dinner last night and were very satisfied with both the food and the service. While we waited to order, they served us a mini platter of cheese and ham. The trio of pizzoccheri was spectacular, three different flavors but still delicious. The veal with tuna sauce appetizer was a one-pot meal...the cream was like foam; I've never tasted anything better...a combination of flavors beyond the visual impact. The venison skewered with polenta and mushrooms was a delight, and we savored it down to the last bite. Finally, dessert was a must: a trio of mini desserts, each one better than the last... Through all of this, we saw the skill of the kitchen, the kindness of the staff, and the attention they give to each customer. As our first time at this restaurant, we were extremely satisfied, and it has become our favorite place. We will definitely be back.

The attention paid to specific food allergies was particularly commendable: the staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, carefully preparing vegetables especially for me, ensuring a worry-free experience without sacrificing flavor. The vast selection of wines offers plenty to choose from; we enjoyed a fine glass of red wine during a small aperitif served on their terrace overlooking the valley—accompanied by rye crostini and salami—which made the experience even more enjoyable. This terrace is yet another highlight that enhances the restaurant's beauty. The staff—always smiling—stands out for their courtesy and professionalism, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere that makes every guest feel at home. In short, this restaurant represents a perfect combination of culinary excellence, a charming setting, and impeccable service, ideal for those who wish to immerse themselves in Valtellina's gastronomic culture without sacrificing a touch of sophistication. 17/05/2026: My family and I have been to Crotto several times over the past few years, and each time it's been like coming home. Traditional cuisine prepared well, generous portions, and local ingredients that are evident from the first bite. The service has always been friendly and unhurried, just what you'd expect in a place like this. The crotto's setting, with its stone and wood, creates an atmosphere you won't find in "modern" restaurants. We're deeply saddened to hear that it will be closing at the end of the season. Thank you for all the dinners, for the traditional dishes, and for the hospitality. If you're passing through before closing time, stop by—it's worth it. One of the best crottos! Thanks to all the staff for always making us feel welcome.

06/05/2026: We had a very good meal here today; the service was very friendly and attentive. We even bought some cheese and grappa from Crotto del Fuin to take home. It's a really lovely place with hardworking and friendly people. We'd love to come back.

19/05/2026: The food was good, hot fries. I had the fries with cheddar and bacon, and there was a lot of cheddar and bacon in them. The service is always fast, but the atmosphere was a little dirty, the tables were on the floor. But otherwise, it was fine.

16/05/2026: Very friendly staff, great teamwork, and very organized in preparing orders with great care and speed. Another important thing is that they're always smiling and available to every customer!! The place is very clean and well-groomed, especially in the preparation of each menu. Everything is delicious. My favorite thing are the wings 😋😋

Like all things, it's always a matter of personal taste, but I'd recommend it for excellent local food: sciatt, pizzoccheri, and mixed cured meats. The restaurant is charming, with a window overlooking the stables, where you can watch the cows in their natural habitat.

01/05/2026: We arrived on 1 May at our 20:00 table even 5 minutes earlier. First it took them more than 20 minutes just to come and take our order. We had to call waiters a few times and they were footballing us. Then at 21:25 and the main course STILL has not arrived!!! I can't believe it takes so long. Eventually, after I tgreatened to cancel our order, our meat has arrived , it was okayish, a bit oversalted and very chewy, but not terrible. But none of us could finish what we ordered as it became too late to eat. Only the waitress girl was nice and pleasant, the others were inattentive
