30/05/2026: This restaurant deserves its own post. This agriturismo is located in a spectacular setting in the Chiavenna area. It offers the best dishes in the Valtellina region and impeccable service. The menu is in the last photo. Everything you see in the pictures, including water, wine, bread, and dessert, cost us around 80 euros. There were three of us, but four could easily have shared the meal. Thanks, Diego, for the recommendation.

19/02/2026: The "true summit" of the Stelvio Pass, a few precious meters away from the hustle and bustle of the main pass road. This short detour is rewarded with relative peace and an unbeatable view of the famous serpentine road on the northern side. Practically the perfect spot for a break before heading down into the valley.

03/05/2026: I was there yesterday for lunch after visiting Grosotto and Bormio. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by the lady with great kindness and availability. For lunch, the delicious pizzoccheri from Valtellina could not be missed. We then tried the tripe parmigiana and I tell you that I would have eaten a second portion to finish off the goulash with polenta, exquisite, perfect desserts. What can I say? We found availability, kindness and above all quality in the kitchen products in an environment that makes you feel at home. The wooden sculptures are beautiful. I highly recommend it. I will definitely return. Compliments to the lady who served us in the dining room and who also took care of the little dog that accompanied us 👍👍 from number one

25/12/2025: WHAT A HUGE HAIRCOMB! Two of us had lunch, and we were lured in by the photos of the highly acclaimed Saddle of Roe Deer, thinking they were a minimum portion for two people: €27 per person with only potatoes on the side... it might have been okay looking at the photos, but the reality was quite different: 80-90g of meat PER PERSON for €27 comes to a price of €270 per kg... have you ever paid that much for a Florentine steak?! THIS IS MADNESS. And the potatoes were awful, too. It's a shame because the rest of the food was quite good, especially the taroz. By the end, my stomach was in knots. Otherwise, the prices are pretty average, and the service is excellent, except for the fact that they sat us down at the beginning and then forgot about us (that's the fault of the person who showed us to the table, who didn't tell anyone). For fairness and to respect the customer's wallet, I recommend including the price per 100g on the menu. We are not all rich and we earn our money hard.

23/12/2025: Beautiful place, with a truly welcoming, family atmosphere. We really appreciated that the menu includes both traditional valley dishes, beautifully prepared, and original dishes based on local ingredients. The wine list is nothing short of remarkable. Dining on the veranda overlooking the valley is particularly lovely.

06/04/2026: We ate really well. The dishes were well-prepared, with great care, the service was very pleasant, clean, and reasonably priced. The dining room where we ate is a bit old-fashioned, but that's not a flaw, it's true Valtellina, which holds up despite everything and is in pleasant harmony with the freshness of the cuisine and service. We came here 35 years ago for our wedding reception; since then, before this evening, we'd only been back once: it was a mistake. We'll try to make up for it in the coming years.

03/05/2026: Excellent experience. We booked a month in advance because we were a group of 18. The seating inside is limited but welcoming. Upon arrival, the wonderful culinary journey began. The nettle gnocchi, the roast beef, and the crostata remain etched in my memory, among the delicacies I remember a month later. The wine is produced on site; in addition to the wine served, we also had a (last) bottle of Sforzato, which also remains among the fond memories of the day.
