This is a legendary bakery in Bormio. There are always long queues for their bread and cakes. They don't bake anything fancy, but its homemade taste and super friendly price keep attracting people to come back. When you are in the area, don't miss it!

If you're in Bormio, you absolutely must stop by. You'll recognize this place by the line that forms outside its door and extends out into the street. Famous for its cakes, I highly recommend their bread, pizza/focaccia (excellent), and especially their cookies. It pains me to write this review because if it's read, it will certainly bring in more people, and I think the line will get longer... But credit where credit is due, always!

The cakes we purchased were delicious and incredibly fresh. They bake at any time of day, so you can always find top-quality, fresh, and authentic products! Highly recommended for both quality and price. If it weren't for the distance, I'd go there every day, and we're thinking of planning a weekend just to shop at Eredi Romani!

Agriturismo Al Tiglio

03/05/2026: Excellent experience. We booked a month in advance because we were a group of 18. The seating inside is limited but welcoming. Upon arrival, the wonderful culinary journey began. The nettle gnocchi, the roast beef, and the crostata remain etched in my memory, among the delicacies I remember a month later. The wine is produced on site; in addition to the wine served, we also had a (last) bottle of Sforzato, which also remains among the fond memories of the day.

04/03/2026: Easy to reach.. It is very welcoming... The staff and owners are always very helpful.
04/03/2026: We stopped for lunch, featuring typical Valtellina cuisine. Like all things, it's always a matter of personal taste, but I'd recommend it for excellent local food: sciatt, pizzoccheri, and mixed cured meats. The restaurant is charming, with a window overlooking the stables, where you can watch the cows in their natural habitat.
