17/08/2026: Terrible experience, terrible food, worse service if possible, a nice atmosphere but poorly managed. I gave it one star only because it can't be given 0. Recommended by friends, but I'll definitely never go back. (As I always do with negative reviews, I wait a while before writing them, so I don't do it too quickly, so I can think about giving it another chance, and to be as objective as possible. I usually write good reviews long beforehand, also because I always return to places where I'm happy.)

08/08/2026: Had dinner this evening, excellent food of great quality, courteous and fast service, even kind to my little dog, excellent value for money, truly unique and well-kept atmosphere, everything perfect, highly recommended restaurant, we will definitely be back!

05/07/2026: Centrally located restaurant, with indoor and outdoor space, offering sweets, croissants, and drinks for breakfast and more, excellent and friendly staff, and reservations are required, especially for cakes and desserts.

28/03/2026: The coffee, croissants, and pastries are very good. The only downside is the size of the place when it's crowded... Always. Recommended for both breakfast and cakes and pastries.

10/08/2026: I had the ice cream twice, I'd say it's excellent. I must try the mulberry and almond pesto. My husband also enjoyed the chocolate and hazelnut flavors.

04/07/2026: If you're looking for gelato that truly delivers, this gelato bar is definitely the place to be. I especially tried the cup with three flavors: fior di latte, peach, and melon. The fruit flavors undoubtedly make the difference; both the melon and peach stand out for their authenticity, revealing the use of genuine fresh seasonal fruit. This is a far cry from artificial syrups. The fior di latte, also excellent, served as a creamy base that wasn't too sweet, balancing the freshness of the fruit. Special mention goes to the lady who served me, who was kind, friendly, and knowledgeable—an added bonus that shouldn't be taken for granted.

10/08/2026: Lunch with family. First course, second course, and side dish all at a fixed price. Overall, not bad. Excellent service.

18/07/2026: We're from Pavia, and they told us to try Osteria Gallina Fumante. We looked at the menu, and since it was our first time, we ordered a first course, second course, and side dish, without checking the price. Everything was good. The only downside was seeing breadsticks at other tables. Asked if it was possible to have them, the answer was that those were reserved for those ordering the special menu. Aside from the price for two breadsticks, we hadn't even been informed about the special menu. Then, looking at the menu, I realized that this special menu exists. It was definitely my ignorance in reading the menu, but the lady's explanations were unprofessional and very rude. Another point about the air conditioning inside. We were told that access is restricted unless there are customers inside, but I wonder if I'll arrive in 37-degree heat, and of course I won't go in in the heat now that it's cooled down after I've finished eating. Anyway, the owner is very haughty and rude, but otherwise everything is fine. But she doesn't see me anymore.

21/06/2026: Simply the best poke in Pavia. Order via a flipchart where you can write down your ingredients, useful for avoiding lines and performance anxiety. Takeout or fast delivery are available. Excellent product quality, from the fish to the toppings.

11/08/2026: We had dinner the other day by chance, as always on our trips, and I think I'm leaving with the best impression of Italian cuisine. The waiters were very attentive, the food was delicious, the atmosphere was great, the pizza was perfectly made, the dough couldn't have been better, and the spaghetti with clams was the best I've ever had. It really won't disappoint when choosing something for dinner if you're spending the night in this city.

The service was impeccable: all the staff were extremely kind, friendly, professional, and even personable, qualities that made the experience even more enjoyable. The food is simply exceptional. You can immediately sense the attention to the quality of the ingredients: fresh ingredients, crafted with care and passion, which bring out the authentic flavors of Piedmontese tradition. Each dish is prepared with great care, and you can taste the true craftsmanship behind every dish. It has undoubtedly become my favorite restaurant. The quality of the food is top-notch, and every detail, from the service to the cuisine, contributes to making the experience special. A place that truly deserves to be discovered and appreciated.

08/08/2026: Although it's a place dedicated to families with children due to the large playground, I went there with friends for a pizza party and really appreciated the quality of the food!!! There's a wide selection of dishes from appetizers to first courses and second courses...we'll definitely be back! What a nice place! I've been there for a pizza with friends...there's a nice selection of pizzas and pastas, fish and meat, salads, and handmade cakes! There's a large play area for children, including an inflatable castle and other indoor games, and an entertainer who will make boys and girls have a lot of fun! Will be back very soon!

26/05/2026: It would make a great shopping center, but unfortunately it's too hot. The air conditioning is nonexistent, so shopping while sweating is impossible. A few days ago, we were wandering the aisles fanning ourselves with sheets of paper!

05/06/2026: Lunch out of town (like a Milanese), relaxing and friendly. The street noise isn't a nuisance despite the proximity. Homemade dishes, simple but very tasty. The service is young and cheerful, with some inaccuracies (differing times in bringing dishes out to different diners). Reasonable price. Recommended for a pleasant lunch break.

22/05/2026: Always excellent. I've known the place for over 20 years, and it's always been a safe haven. The atmosphere is quaint, rural, yet well-maintained. It's casual, perfect for an intimate dinner or a lively gathering. The host plays the guitar, and after dinner, sipping a good amaro is a truly enjoyable convivial moment. Well-prepared, typical Lodi cuisine and excellent grill. The homemade pasta is wonderful. A satisfying wine selection. Highly recommended.

06/07/2026: What can I say...a true delight in the Oltrepo Pavese. Exceptional, refined cuisine with a clear philosophy. Kudos to Chef Dario and the entire kitchen staff...the chef's Sicilian soul and that of the local area are evident throughout the culinary experience. The risotto and suckling pig were superb. And then the dining room: kudos to sommelier Luca and the entire dining room staff. Impeccable service. Luca was extremely kind and knowledgeable, and his recommendations and wine recommendations were excellent. Truly, kudos! Villa Naj is a local gem.

03/06/2026: One of my favorite places, it warms my heart. The staff is very welcoming and kind, the food is authentic and high-quality, and the atmosphere is quiet and relaxing.

26/07/2026: I was invited by friends to this pub because I'm celiac. I asked if there was anything for me, they said yes, so I asked for a burger with gluten-free bread. The waitress was very helpful and told me that the fries were contaminated so she would bring me a salad. Then I get the sandwich and there are fried olives and another waiter tells me that you can't eat these, so why do you put them in knowing my problem? Celiac disease is not a fad, you need to get better information. For the rest, it's a good place to spend an evening with friends.

The food is delicious, with an unpretentious menu but prepared with the aim of offering customers quality products and generous portions. High-quality beers are expertly drafted by the bartender, who is always ready to have a laugh with customers. A place full of activities, perfect for an evening with friends or to unwind after a busy day. The atmosphere is welcoming and well-kept. Pub at the Divina Commedia! Highly recommended.
