I would like to share my beautiful and unforgettable experience that I had in the Villa Naj restaurant, it was a real thrill to have tried such a starred menu in an environment that leaves you breathless. The impeccable service, the guys in the room are friendly and available to make you feel as at ease as possible, always attentive and never intrusive, detailed description from the first dish served to the last. Exciting experience with Chef Dario Fisichella, his creations perfectly combine tradition for the land from which he comes and innovation; wonderful dishes with the highest quality raw materials. Very attentive to detail, friendly, present and genuine with customers. Everything was perfect!!! Thank you for the fantastic experience you gave us!!

A fairy tale!!! A culinary immersion of the highest level.

Every time my expectations are largely met. An elegant and refined welcoming place, the dishes are magnificent, delicious and beautiful, meticulously prepared, the flavors are incredible and unexpected, of infinite goodness; the staff is very well trained, very attentive and scrupulous but very discreet, never intrusive. You always feel at ease at Villa Naj. I thank the staff and owners for the fantastic dinner. Ps I wonder why, among the guests, I rarely saw faces from the surrounding area at the tables! Will Villa Naj be "too perfect" for the dinners of the people of Stadelni and the people of Brono? Well, they don't know what they're missing!

The Michelin star is absolutely deserved. Perfect service, dishes designed with high quality and attention. Chef Fisichella does not disappoint.

The passion for research, the freshness of ideas, craftsmanship and quality. Everything is on the table. The dishes speak both of the chef and of the local products and it is a pleasure to talk with him and with the room to experience the cuisine, the ideas and the passion. The result is excellent. A journey between Oltrepó and Sicily and all at high altitude. It is fortunate to have a place like this in the Oltrepó area and a success for those who achieved this undertaking. There is taste, elegance, detail. No pretense of extreme tests or to amaze only the eyes. What is beautiful is not deceiving. It's all taste. Treat yourself to the journey. It's nice to indulge in the pampering of Carlotta's chef Dario Fisichella and all the staff at Villa Naj. It's not a review. It's goodbye.

Ci sono poche cose da dire …un locale gestito con amore …personale professionale e preparato …. Un grande giovane chef che letteralmente mi ha impressionato …per la precisione e la delicatezza dei suoi piatti … La lingua di vitello scampo pecorino e menta …e’ uno dei piatti più incredibili che ho mangiato negli ultimi anni A seguire dei ravioli di carciofi con frutti di mare strepitosi Uno chef che sa emozionare veramente Grande ristorante senza dubbio alcuno Dalla A alla Z Complimenti

Ho scelto Villa Naj per cenare con mia moglie e per una cena di sicuro successo. Dario Fisichella, lo chef, sa combinare gusti apparentemente contrastanti ottenendo risultati del tutto inaspettati…..una cena a la carte davvero ottima a base di formaggi, lingua di vitello, piccione ed agnello, tutti presentati come si deve, in un ristorante di questa levatura. Un plauso, non per ultimo, a tutto lo staff, capitanato da Carlotta, per l’estrema professionalità.
