Applause-worthy customer service Today I had the chance to try McDonald's in San Martino Siccomario and I must say that I was pleasantly surprised. As often happens when ordering from the box, it is not possible to specify the type of tea desired. Well, my surprise was great when the girl from Mc Cafè came to my table to ask me what type of tea I preferred! A small gesture that made the difference and shows how McDonald's cares about the satisfaction of its customers. Chapeau! Quality and convenience In addition to the excellent service, I was also impressed by the quality of the tea, which was truly excellent. And the price? Only 2.50 euros for tea and jam brioches! Truly excellent value for money. A welcoming environment The place was clean and tidy, the staff were friendly and helpful. I felt at ease straight away. I highly recommend this McDonald's to anyone looking for a quick place, accompanied by impeccable service.

01/04/2024: I went to eat on Easter Monday. Inattentive service but that's okay given the amount of customers. The biggest flaw is the minimal portion of the dishes, good but small. I left the table hungrier than when I sat down.

20/03/2024: Good morning, I went yesterday afternoon around 5pm to get a half liter bottle of water at a cost of 1.50 and a measly slice of pizza at a cost of 5.50 (for 5.50 I personally get a whole pizza in pizzeria) incorrect and rude staff....the boy approached his colleague to say something and she looked at me...zero empathy and professionalism!! I won't go back there again and I don't recommend it
