16/03/2025: Small but very welcoming place, high-level products and excellent service from both the staff and the owners, very courteous and well-trained people who don't just list the menus and products but also tell their history and origins down to the smallest detail. We will definitely be back!

11/05/2025: We booked our dinner asking for a seat on the panoramic veranda. The view is truly remarkable and relaxing. The environment and hospitality are certainly an added value. Also worthy of note are the musical background and the kindness and competence of the girl who welcomed us. Last, but not least, the excellent preparation and presentation of the dishes which were served, among other things, in such a way as to be able to enjoy a quiet and relaxing dinner and, I believe, also be synonymous with fresh preparation. It is certainly a place to return to; to be enjoyed in all seasons. Advised

01/05/2025: I spent two Easters for lunch and I enjoyed it. Adequate portions and very friendly service. Even the timing between courses was right in my opinion. Beautiful location with a view of the hills. I want to go back to have lunch outside.

26/03/2025: Now a fixed stop for our Saturday breakfasts. The breakfasts are excellent. The brioches are delicious. Family atmosphere and very friendly staff. They make you feel at home and pampered.

15/05/2025: We had lunch for 6, taking a maxi platter where the salum, the two small cheeses and the pinsa did not present any specialty. Three first courses including the fregnacce that I do not recommend. A plate of arrosticini two slices not at all tasty. Two roast potatoes a bottle of wine and water six coffees. 185 EURO Really too much for the quality offered. The environment is clean but very simple. In such a small village I would have expected lower prices and above all better quality food. I don't think we will ever return

04/05/2025: I didn't think it was so big inside with different rooms. The service was very friendly and professional right from the welcome. We tried the chicken and different burgers. All delicious, cooked to perfection, special meat. All accompanied with different types of potatoes and roasted corn on the cob. Very quick service. A very varied menu, including pizzas. Also types of beers8. There is plenty to choose from. Prices are a little high but the quality of the products is definitely worth the price. Very popular, I recommend booking even though they have plenty of seats. Very happy to see that dogs are welcome.

19/04/2025: Ambiente caratteristico , personale disponibile ma prezzi alti , inoltre il panino che ho preso che se non ricordo male si chiama : sticky ribs pork, oltre ad essere esageratamente pieno di carne e quindi poco pratico da mangiare, aveva un forte retrogusto e l'esagerato uso di salse lo ha reso a dir poco sgradevole , ne ho lasciato metà e la sera il mio stomaco si è comunque lamentato. Abbiano preso all'inizio anche un fritto misto composto da circa una quindicina di pezzi misti, tra l'atro tutti salatissimi da farci bere acqua tutta la notte , fritto che a quasi 15 euro ritengo veramente caro. Non ci torneremo più.

12/04/2025: Warranty. Luca is an excellent host, as well as a skilled chef. Francesco is attentive, precise and competent. The entire work team is cohesive and oriented, the project born behind the scenes can be clearly felt. Balanced and constantly improving wine list. In addition to food and wine, which doesn't fail, the entire experience is always welcoming, confidential and sure to be a success with your guests. To be appreciated in the knowledge that quality has its fair price. Compliments.

01/05/2025: Few seats and excellent traditional cuisine. The menu changes often and the risottos are a must.

20/04/2025: A certainty... a light in the Lomellina fog (that of the past)... if you like local, family-run restaurants, without frills but with substance... and you like goose in every form, snails and ravioli del plin... it's the your place.

18/05/2025: Visited in May 2025. 5 stars overall. 4 star food, 5 star service, 4 star atmosphere. Friendly welcome at the door and the good atmosphere continued throughout the meal. The front of the restaurant is modern and a bit flashy, the rest of it is not, they clearly put the money into what people see from the street as opposed to what they may see from inside. The antipasti were the best I've ever had, no question. Absolutely superb prosciutto, salami and focaccia. Followed up the starter with ossobuco which was quite underwhelming. It wasn't bad, but was definitely a big step down from the antipasti in terms of quality. The wine was good, went for a Pavese wine and wasn't disappointed. The dessert was very well presented and was nice, nothing special in terms of taste. Excellent service, very friendly staff who had excellent English and were ready to help with recommendations or questions we had. Definitely the best restaurant staff I had in Pavia. A big meal for 6 was ~€450 (which included wine, water and coffee). I felt it was worth it. The same meal was ~€300 in another excellent restaurant in Pavia, that's a huge difference, the antipasti and focaccia at al VITA steal the show. Go for the service, antipasti and the focaccia, plenty of other restaurants for anything else. I'd certainly go again and will remember the quality of the antipasti as the best I've ever had.

18/05/2025: Nice restaurant! We took Focaccia and Carpaccio. Both were fantastic and tasty. Also the service was much better than in many other places. There is a digital menu in various languages which is very convenient. Waitress advices us very good on dishes and helped to choose what we want. We enjoyed the evening in this restaurant. Highly recommend it!
