06/07/2025: Take away menu with choice for three people, very nice and welcoming environment, food ready after a very short agreed time, all very good. Pappardelle, tempura, malfatti, etc.. very good. Honorable mention to the sardines in carpione, truly top. Last but not least, a gift of delicious biscuits. Worth the trip. Courtesy and smiles too. Thank you, we will be back! UPDATE: take away today 29/3/25, very punctual delivery and everything very very good indeed more. 😊 Delicate flavors and not covered by excessive salting like elsewhere, fried shrimp and calamari and tempura vegetables at the top, but malfatti absolutely the best in this area. Go there absolutely, it is money well spent. And last but not least, dreamy fresh cannoncini, free biscuits, takeaway packaging very well cared for in many details. To return monthly. Thank you! 17/05/2025: Here you can find first choice butchered meat, excellent salami, both pork but also donkey and wild boar, I have yet to try their evening cuisine but given how good the meat is I already know I will not be disappointed.

07/07/2025: Great food and drink at reasonable prices in a lively, but not too noisy, atmosphere Staff are attentive and friendly. I've enjoyed my couple of visits and will definitely go back when I'm next in the area.

05/07/2025: The all you can eat menu with the most courses I have ever found. Some courses have very particular combinations, but to try at least once. A few euros more than the average and with limitations in ordering some dishes. The only flaw, the dishes arrived before the drinks.

05/07/2025: Bella location, ma nel complesso l’esperienza non è stata all’altezza, soprattutto per un menù di un certo livello. Il vino, servito da una bottiglia già aperta e senza etichetta frontale, era caldo nonostante la glacette. Di tutto il menù, si salvano solo il risotto e il fritto misto, buono ma piuttosto semplice. Il dolce è stata una delusione totale: troppo pesante a fronte delle numerose portate precedenti e difficilmente digeribile. Considerati i prezzi, ci si aspetta decisamente più cura nei dettagli.

08/03/2025: Non sono un fan degli hamburgers (li mangio ma non mi fanno impazzire) e per di più abito ad un’oretta di macchina da Peter’s. Gioco forza che ci arrivi spinto da mia figlia. Al di là degli hamburges, assaggiati e per me ottimi per qualità della carne e cottura (sarà la cottura a legna…), credo che la varietà, qualità, cottura della carne, tutta, sia superlativa. Un carnivoro si sente a casa e sente l’acquolina all’idea di tornarci. Carne e non solo. Le patate sono veramente strepitose e la verdura mi sembra una materia prima che conoscono, sanno trattare e portare in tavola. Una materia prima vicina all’originale e lontanissima dalle versioni di plastica della gdo. Oltretutto la sanno lavorare e arriva in tavola invitante e goduriosa. Immagino meritevoli le birre, la carta dei vini é abbastanza varia e i ricarichi sono onesti. Il rosso che ho provato al calice più che buono. Obbligo il ritorno, devo provare i primi e i dolci e inerpicarmi nei meandri del menú per scoprire lati che sicuramente sapranno sorprendermi. Devo anche tornare per fare un giro con le birre. Visto il parterre di Gin bisognerà programmare anche per quello. Ah…leggo spesso nelle recensioni di ambiente informale. Io ci sono stato a pranzo e per ora non so dire cosa succede la sera. Certamente l’ambiente è informale, vivaddio, ma quel che prevale è quell’atmosfera di convivialità familiare e benevola che certo possiamo chiamare provinciale, un po’ retrò, ma piacevole e accogliente. Un posto dove possono convivere famiglie, giovani adrenalinici e testosteronici, lavoratori affamati in pausa pranzo, anziani rompicabasisi come me. Possono convivere senza darsi troppo fastidio, senza rinunciare ai propri miti alimentari e, soprattutto, mangiando benissimo e bevendo altrettanto bene. Per questo una prova già lascia intravedere dipendenza. Per questo sono sicuro di tornare.

06/05/2025: Absolutely the best focaccia in Pavia, from the Ligurian one to the one with olives, what can we say about the one from Recco, truly sublime, they also make chickpea farinata. Shop run by two sisters who are always smiling and very kind. I recommend it.
