I went for the first time on Saturday evening, March 14th....I must say I had a wonderful meal, typical Pavia cuisine, something that's becoming increasingly rare nowadays...in a welcoming, traditional, and very relaxing atmosphere...I highly recommend you try it!!! Silvia Muggiati

I chose this place for our anniversary. It's now the third time we've been back, and it never disappoints! Excellent service and delicious food. The charcuterie board was truly excellent, made with fresh produce! The restaurant is very quaint and well-heated. Perfect service. I'll definitely be back.

A delightful rediscovery, after at least twenty years, of this beautiful restaurant located near the Naviglio Pavese canal and just steps from the historic center. The atmosphere is refined, well-interpreted dishes reflecting local tradition, and there's an excellent selection of Oltrepo wines, including top labels like Picchioni and Bruno Verdi. The service is excellent and very friendly.

04/04/2026: The place is very welcoming, both in terms of atmosphere and service: the staff is very kind and friendly, perfectly in keeping with this medieval tavern in every sense of the word. The food is delicious and high-quality: we appreciated the carefully selected ingredients, as well as the wonderful homemade sauces. The menu is extensive, enriched with fantasy-inspired names and traditional dishes, with a fantastic twist. Highly recommended also for its convenient location, about 10 minutes from the station and close to the Lungo Ticino.

01/01/2026: We spent a wonderful New Year's Eve dinner with friends and had a wonderful time. Everything was perfect, from the welcome to the farewell. The food was excellent, from appetizers to dessert. The entire staff was extremely attentive and kind. The passion for good, healthy, and tasty cuisine shone through in every single course. The ingredients were incredibly fresh. The meat and fish were excellently prepared and presented in a unique and refined way. The atmosphere was quiet and quiet, allowing us to converse peacefully and relaxed. The attention to our guests was truly outstanding, and the service was impeccable. A final word of thanks goes to the owner's great courtesy and kindness, who served us exquisite wines and treated us with immense professionalism. A well-deserved 5 stars. Congratulations!
23/12/2025: We went for a pre-Christmas family lunch, with a last-minute reservation. We had a wonderful time and the food was delicious. The atmosphere is welcoming and friendly, and the professionalism is evident. The Pavese soup is a must-try. One of the family members really appreciated the high-quality vegan dishes. We'll be back.
