28/04/2025: The bar doesn't have the right name. With a lot of noise from the banging and banging of the benches and tables during the “in between” cleaning process, the guest is asked to leave the bar. There is another way. The blonde server was more than unfriendly. Absolutely no recommendation. Since the restaurant on site is completely under one roof, you can't expect any friendliness in the pizzeria or the modern sandwich bar. But it still seems worth it. The last time for us is Pavia.

02/05/2025: Excellent arancini(es) (so as not to offend anyone!), we tried them with ragù and ham and they were excellent in flavor and hot! A delight for the palate! Well done the girl at the counter during May 1st, really kind!

29/04/2025: Since it is Monday, finding a place/restaurant/pizzeria open is difficult and looking on the internet we found the Vesuvio pizzeria open and I must say that we were very satisfied first of all with the welcome and speed of the owners and with the food. The gluten-free pizza was very good and very tasty, the normal pizza was good (Pizza with typical Neapolitan crust). The price paid was €35.00 (gluten-free pizza, normal pizza, 2 cokes, carbonated water and a coffee). I would happily return to this pizzeria, I felt like I was in a very welcoming place with friendly people.

18/05/2025: Esperienza molto positiva e soddisfacente. Abbiamo pranzato in giardino, fresco e riparato dal sole ma circondati dal verde ma anche l’interno è molto curato e accogliente. Il personale è disponibile, gentile. La pizza bassa e ben cotta e gustasa e una sbrisolona di mele con gelato e granella di fave di cacao buonissima dimostrano la passione con cui vengono preparate. Torneremo per provare la cucina.

The McDonald's in Voghera is different from other places for several reasons: the food when consumed in large quantities does not have time to go bad, so the product is fresh. Then for the service, considering that most of the time it is crowded, you cannot expect more. You must also consider the "dehor" *that is outside because now with the good weather it is really precious. Excellent experience, recommended to everyone for its quality - price ratio!

24/02/2025: Il locale è stupendo, un'ex scuola ristrutturata, l'impatto che ho avuto entrando nel salone del pranzo è stato piacevolissimo, ristorante pulito, molto ben tenuto, rustico, della tradizione. Fantastiche sia la ragazza al servizio sia la mamma che si occupa della cucina. Abbiamo mangiato benissimo, in abbondanza, con i prodotti delle zone di primissima qualità, a prezzi onestissimi. Vi consiglio di provarlo!!!

11/05/2025: A pleasant discovery on the banks of the Po After visiting the Chignolo Po Castle, we stopped at this very simple and pleasant restaurant, overlooking the river. The atmosphere is familiar, without too many frills, but with a truly beautiful view. The owner was very kind and helpful. We ate a mixed fried fish, a platter of cold cuts and a mixed salad. Simple but good dishes, which left us pleasantly satisfied. The view of the Po is enchanting, with a row of poplars that in spring makes everything more suggestive (it looks like snow). Sometimes the simplest places, the ones without pretensions, are the ones that can surprise the most. A perfect place for those looking for a simple and relaxed lunch, away from the chaos and close to nature. I recommend it and we will definitely be back!

12/04/2025: When I want to relax, comfortably sitting around a table, I go to Le Gabbiane. It is a spectacle to see and hear the passing waters of the great Po river. In this place you are immersed in a nature not yet contaminated by the problems of continuous urban growth. In short, Le Gabbiane is a place to spend pleasant moments in company. Updated on 6 October 2024. The landscape that can be seen from the square of the Le Gabbiane restaurant is always moving. Even on a not so hot day the view of the great Po is spectacular Today powerboating trials👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

15/05/2025: Very fresh products, fish such as raw salmon, a real delight, the staff is prepared and very kind, the premises are top notch, I highly recommend them.

11/05/2025: Beautiful location, varied menu and quality dishes. It is always full, a clear sign that it is much appreciated. Update as of today, 11/05/25: I confirm what was written previously and I'll update by saying that they have expanded the menu, for lunch I had spaghetti with seafood and they were delicious!

06/03/2025: I stopped for lunch and starter, first course, second course, dessert, water and coffee, 13 euros. Truly excellent experience

08/03/2025: Clean place in an ancient countryside context. Well made traditional dishes. A relaxing break in an environment with the slow rhythms of the past. I'll be back

25/02/2025: Paolo Arpesella's Locanda Antica located in Montebello della Battaglia at the foot of the hill represents in fact an institution in terms of catering. Tradition and quality are represented daily in an excellent and economical business menu and even better appreciated by dining in this place where time seems to have stopped. Paolo is without a doubt a real character capable of advising and entertaining with a great sense of irony. The only sore point, as far as I'm concerned, is his black and white faith.
