18/03/2025: Ci siamo trovati bene nel cibo , unica pecca che sono state servite delle birre in bottiglia scadute il mese prima ... Per carità , una distrazione può capitare ( anche se non dovrebbe succedere una svista del genere ) però quello che mi ha lasciato allibita é stato quello che é successo dopo . Non una scusa , l unica cosa che hanno fatto é stata scalare le due bottiglie scadute dal conto (ma questo non ho potuto nemmeno riscontrarlo perché avevo in mano uno scontrino con la cifra finale e non il prezzo dettagliato ). Ma il meglio deve arrivare , in 5 persone conto di 31.80€ a testa , e hanno voluto anche le monetine ... Sicuramente se avesse arrotondato a 30 o avesse offerto un giro di amari come scuse per l inconveniente , ci saremo passati sopra , ma succedendo così , il mio riscontro non é certo positivo . Peccato perché devo essere sincera nel dire che la pizza é buona

04/03/2025: Locale molto accogliente caldo e atmosfera energica. Pizza buonissima, anche i piatti. Sono stata più volte a cena ma anche a colazione e in serata. Gran bella proposta di birre. Un locale che consiglio perché merita!!!

03/03/2025: Beautiful, warm and atmospheric place! I ate both pizza and other dishes, both takeaway and on-site. I have also been to multiple events. Friendly and smiling staff, the place conveys a great energy!! Pizza is my favorite, but the sandwiches are also excellent. Absolutely must try!!

18/03/2025: These guys managed to make the perfect calzone! Large and abundant and rich in filling, but it does not break or open the dough. Tasty but remains light and doesn't weigh you down. Truly magic!

26/12/2024: Dopo aver apprezzato di recente l'ottima pasticceria mignon, il giorno di Natale abbiamo gustato con nostro figlio e nostra nuora il panettone di Travaini, rivelatosi come sempre di qualità eccellente, risultato della cura e competenza con cui viene prodotto. Buone Feste!

10/10/2024: My favorite bar so far. It’s clean, the staff is super nice, and they speak English since I don’t speak Italian. Plus, the music selection is always on point.

17/02/2025: Located next to the entrance gate of the Villa Della Porta Bozzolo, this restaurant is very well managed: it serves one clientele for quick lunches and another, in the evening for dinner, with vast menus in which you can choose traditional Pavia dishes and surprising refinements. I have been frequenting the place for years, always with great satisfaction in the summer with the outside tables and in the winter with the fireplace lit. The friendliness of the owners gives an extra touch.

22/03/2025: Una scoperta bellissima. L'avamposto sul grande fiume (il Po) a Portalbera è a pochi passi da Pavia ed è comodamente raggiungibile. Locale ricavato su una vecchia barca, ben rifinito, accogliente, pulitissimo. Menu del giorno e a la carte, buona scelta di vini. Anche il vino della casa è gradevole. Antipasto di salumi da non perdere. I pesciolini fritti una specialità, ma anche la carne è ben preparata. Credo che lo chef sia davvero all'altezza. Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo. Per ultimo, ma non per importanza: bagnetto pulitissimo, riscaldato, profumato.

16/02/2025: Ottima cena ! abbiamo preso il menù degustazione : antipasto di qualità e abbondante, ottimi i primi, secondi e dessert. Servizio attento e cordiale. Luogo suggestivo. I ravioli d'anatra con ragù d'anatra e funghi porcini sono veramente eccezionali e da soli valgono la pena di andarci e tornarci. Se a questo c'è da aggiungere che il prezzo è veramente contenuto (Menù degustazione quindi 5 portate a testa e due bottiglie di Pinot Grigio : eravamo in 5, solo 42 € per persona) allora per concludere direi che consiglio vivamente questo Avamposto sul Grande Fiume ! Complimenti al Chef e al suo staff.

17/03/2025: We stopped for lunch here. Nice atmosphere and very friendly staff. Risotto with walnuts and butter, and very tasty and creamy spaghetti alla Bersagliera. The chop with french fries is good. Highly recommended👍

17/03/2025: Upon returning from a football trip, on Saturday for lunch, an excellent experience. Even though the place was full, the service was fast and precise, orders via tablet were extremely simple (some similar systems that I have tried are a little more confusing), the place was well-kept, the environment was pleasant. The price for lunch of €20 (valid for Saturdays, during the week it's less but I don't have the figure to hand, I think it's €16) I find it a little high, but in line with current prices, so I'm also satisfied. I can only recommend it both for a quick break and for a lunch with friends.

25/02/2025: I go there often, especially when there are promotions. Very good ribs, only €10.00 on Sundays. The rest is all very appetizing and interesting too. Prices a little high, but overall I've always had a great time.

06/02/2025: Quiet solo dinner straight from work. Mixed grill, new potatoes and a generous glass of Chianti.
