02/12/2025: If you love treating yourself, you can't miss Simo.Restaurant. We went there on Sunday for lunch and decided to indulge in Simo's all-you-can-eat formula, and what can we say... everything was perfect, from the delicious, not-at-all-greasy fried appetizers to the phenomenal Roman classics, and finally the delicious main courses and side dishes, all topped off by Simo and the staff's friendliness, who make you feel right at home. The staff are very helpful, the service is fast, and the restaurant is gorgeous. Everything definitely exceeded our expectations. We'll be back to try other dishes, as well as the pinsa and pizza.

31/05/2026: Cute and fun spot for pizza! The crust is my favorite since they use a brick oven. They didn’t have as many topping options as a normal pizza place but still worth the stop.

29/05/2026: ive been going since anthony was the one cooking the pizza at the old location by the abandoned parking garage that i think is torn down now.. the pizza is better here at the hot springs location than the little rock location. called and reserved dough. got in and service was alright. waitress spent most of her time at the big table she was doing and we had to flag her down once for refills. but they now have glasses and they used to sell soft drinks by the can. the pizza has less char when anthony makes them but just tell them to watch the char because i dont care what anybody says it can get burnt. char is little spots here and there, not big sections. the taste is consistent so they get 4 stars with a disclaimer...if you want to stay 4 stars everything has to work the crust, the sauce, the cheese and the toppings. i went to little rock and it was just different than hot springs. even day after left overs from little rock were different than hot springs. the people were freindly. i dont get the decor with the pictures on the walls but i wasnt there to stare at the walls. i was there to eat pizza. and it was good.

21/04/2026: I visited for lunch. I ordered a Margherita, a Capricciosa, and a cheese mix. The Margherita is the best, as it's the restaurant's namesake. The Capricciosa's combination of anchovies and black olives was incredibly tasty. The cheese mix was similar to the Margherita but richer and truly deluxe. Thank you for the meal.

06/11/2025: Excellent pizza, among the best in the area (and beyond), fast and courteous service. The owner and staff are friendly and accommodating. The only downside, to be nitpicking, is the limited space. But it has a family-friendly feel, perfect for diners seeking a quiet place to eat. Kudos to the management.

02/06/2026: A charming place in the historic heart of Varzi. I finally tried the famous Varzi rice cake, delicious. The girls are very kind. The outdoor area is welcoming. Several vegetarian options, including polenta. I'll be back to try other dishes.

06/06/2026: Excellent seafood and excellent pizzas. The service is impeccable, and the staff is helpful and friendly. Unfortunately, we happened to be there one evening in early summer when the air conditioning hadn't been turned on, the door was wide open, and it was full of flies. My husband and I ate dinner quickly because we were constantly swatting away the insects, which inevitably ended up on our plates. Other diners were also bothered by the flies, but the owner did nothing to eliminate the inconvenience. I'm sorry, but flies shouldn't be on the menu in a restaurant. It's a real shame because the food is truly delicious, but it's best not to go in the summer.

Each dish is a "gondola," and the level of filling is determined by the staff at the buffet counter. When asked if anything could be added, given the space available, the response was, "Well, you'll see, it's already too big." Courtesy and professionalism are excellent business cards.

The atmosphere is charming and relaxing, making it a perfect place to enjoy a peaceful meal. The staff were friendly, attentive, and made sure we felt comfortable throughout our visit. The food was truly outstanding. The pizzas were freshly made with high-quality ingredients, perfectly baked, and full of flavor. Every dish we tried was well prepared and beautifully presented. You can really taste the care put into the kitchen. Service was quick and professional without ever feeling rushed. It’s clear that both the restaurant and hotel take pride in offering a consistently excellent experience. Overall, a fantastic place that fully deserves five stars. We would happily return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for great food and a pleasant stay.

27/04/2026: Family atmosphere, lovely owner. I've only tried the pizza, which was very good. Sunny has always worked in Italian restaurants, learning the best from each one, so I'm sure the other dishes are delicious as well.
