Pleasant environment, especially the small room on the right after the entrance with wooden beams on the ceiling. Good food but nothing special! Prices a little high for the type/quantity of food! Unfortunately I had problems making the payment due to the lack of cell phone signal. This prevented me from taking advantage of a promotion with The Fork. It annoyed me quite a bit! Luckily I had physical paper anyway! Bring cash or physical cards so you don't have problems with mobile payments only.

Osteria located on the bank of the Ticino a stone's throw from the covered bridge of Pavia, you can arrive directly in front by car or with your own means, as soon as you pass the covered bridge turn left and follow the bank. Complete menu, the cuisine is typical Lombard, excellent starters, first courses and second courses, especially the risottos. Good choice of wine Welcoming staff. I always recommend booking in advance.

Discovered this place during a trip out of town. It did not disappoint expectations. All very good, simple but good recipes. Courteous and helpful staff. We had a great time!

I highly recommend this tavern for the quality/quantity/price ratio. The restaurant is located in the village, easily reachable by car and on foot. The interior certainly needs to be renovated and is not very scenic (which is why I don't give it 5 stars). I took the tasting menu (€30) which includes starters, 2 first courses, 2 second courses, dessert and wine. I must say that everything was really good and plentiful. The waiter is present and kind and the service is appreciable. Very kind in offering us bitters. Absolutely must try! Edit 2024: the tasting menu has risen to €45. I have to confirm the quality of the dishes but I was disappointed by the cooking of the risotto (really overcooked) which you don't expect in this kind of place.

Abbiamo prenotato su indicazione di mia figlia. Locale accogliente e silenzioso. Servizio cortese e cibo di qualità anche se i piatti non sono troppo abbondanti, ad eccezione del risotto alla zucca, gorgonzola e guanciale che consiglio vivamente. Buono anche il vino Bonarda mosso. Prezzi nella media della zona.

Osteria caratteristica che si trova sul Ticino vicino al centro. Ottimo menù e piatti cucinati bene, consiglio il menù da dividere per 2 persone, vino, acqua e caffè inclusi. Buon rapporto qualità-prezzo e ottimo servizio del personale, attento a varie allergie/intolleranze.

Cominciamo con la famosa domanda che riassume un po' tutto: Ci ritorneresti? La risposta è no, ma occorre dire che comunque qualcosa si salva. Premetto che è sabato sera e il locale è semivuoto. Ma caldo, e questo non accade dappertutto, oggigiorno. Partiamo dalle cose positive: Antipasto. Tortino di porri. buono Risotto con stracchino e salsiccia: buono, appena un po' più che al dente. Dolce. gelato alla crema: decente, peccato che venga servito sottoforma di tre mini-palline tristanzuole, senza presentazione, nulla. Insomma...Dosi pediatriche. I dati negativi arrivano stranamente anche dal servizio: cameriera dedicata che sembra che sia li' per forza. Chissà quando ha fatto un sorriso in vita sua... Poi si dimentica del nostro tavolo e ora della fine del dolce nessuno ha sparecchiato il pane, le posate, ecc. Una cosa che non mi era mai successa in un ristorante. Una macedonia... niente, non hanno frutta oltre mele e pere... Chiesto un caffè decaffeinato, viene fuori che... non ce l'hanno! Insomma, qualcosa di buono c'è. Andrebbe però curato il servizio da chi dovrebbe sorvegliare la cosa...
