10/02/2026: I've been traveling throughout northern Italy for work for five years now, and there's no better place to stop for a meal than Trattoria da Claudia. A welcoming, family-friendly atmosphere and friendly, fast service. The menu is always varied, with seasonal dishes that are always sublime, from starters to desserts. I recommend it a thousand percent!

21/11/2025: I stumbled upon this trattoria by chance. I needed to take my car to a nearby body shop and was pleasantly surprised. The owner is very kind and knowledgeable. I really like the place for its family atmosphere. It's clean and very tidy. The tables are beautifully and tastefully arranged. So I decided to stop for lunch. It was excellent. The staff is very helpful, fast, and very friendly. The dishes are plentiful and truly tasty. The first course in particular: lasagna with hare sauce is excellent. The dessert also offers a wide variety. I took advantage of the opportunity to have a tiramisu and then a truly impeccable and delicious homemade cake. The parking lot is ample and adjacent to the trattoria. The restrooms are very clean. Everything is managed perfectly by the owner. It was truly an unexpected and pleasant surprise. The prices are more than fair for the service and the wide range of dishes offered. I highly recommend it. I've been back several times and have always had a great experience. No need to take my 🚘 to the body shop. Sincere congratulations, dear Claudia. Well done, bravo!

10/11/2025: You walk in and, while reading about what's on offer, you're a little apprehensive. In reality, everything is good and plentiful. The bill is also very satisfactory. Don't be fooled by the somewhat shabby appearance of the place. Inside, everything is top-quality.

01/02/2026: After reading the reviews for this agriturismo and finding the time, friends and I decided to try it. Perhaps my expectations were high, but I was a little disappointed. That's not to say the food is bad, but I've found better. The welcome was warm, the place was nice. The food was definitely quality. As for the appetizers, everything was delicious, but the first and second courses were awful. The first courses were probably a bit overdone with the salt, and the second courses weren't very tender. It's also fair to say that the Piedmontese tartar was good. Overall, though, I wasn't entirely satisfied. That was my experience.

03/11/2025: Mario and Sofia are the place's stars, putting in a lot of effort to make delicious drinks and even the decorations, in addition to the food being served quickly, delicious, and well-proportioned. Kudos to these two young, energetic people who never fail to bring a smile and liveliness to this town that needs a little shake-up every now and then.

30/10/2025: A very welcoming restaurant. The girls who work there keep the place clean and smelling great. The prices are really good. A very pleasant experience. NOTE: Here you can buy a ticket for the private parking lot in the field at the end of the road. Until September, if I understand correctly.

08/04/2026: A very welcoming little restaurant near the Modena hospital, but reading the reviews I expected better food. I ordered a braised beef and vegetables, and although it arrived slightly warm, I have to say the braised beef wasn't one of the best I've ever had, but the vegetables were good. The house wine was decent, and the staff were friendly. Prices were average.

07/04/2026: The only thing this place excells at is mediocrity. Uninspiring and moderate quality ingredients. I'm more angry that I wasted a dinner in Italy on food you would expect at an airport

23/03/2026: When I go for lunch on Sundays, it's so crowded that I get ignored when I try to order. Yesterday, five waitresses passed by and ignored me. I looked closely to see if they were busy, but they were just chatting at the counter. It's not so much that they're busy, but rather that there's an air of unmotivation about them. The food is delicious, but the service has gotten significantly worse than before.

08/09/2025: Count Enrico Malaspina, with a jovial air, welcomes us to the noble family mansion in Varzi for a guided tour. The day is splendid, as is the state of preservation of this building, which since Barbarossa (13th century) must have seen so much, including marching armies. It is located at a strategic crossroads between Lombardy, Piedmont, and Emilia. Today it is used for events, but its discreet and, frankly, most fascinating soul lies within, where portraits of austere ancestors gaze at you, curious to see people dressed in plebeian style. A particular highlight is the original antique furniture and books: time has stood still here. An impressive heritage that would make even more renowned manors envious. Worth visiting and enjoying. The Count is there waiting for us with that patience and disenchantment that evokes a bygone era.

28/08/2025: Makes a lovely day out driving through the beautiful countryside with stunning views of the valleys to arrive at this historical castle for a tour followed by a local wine and canapés tasting comprising of cheese, melons, torta and the very famous Varzi salami. If you’re in luck, you’ll get shown around by the future Count himself, Enrico Odetti, who is passionate about the historical importance of the castle and intent on preserving the legacy.

12/09/2025: We tried the classic burger: excellent. The fries were also excellent. Wide selection of beers. Friendly and discreet service. Prices are a little above average. Nice place, ample parking in front.

11/02/2026: A very cute place, full of surprises, I really liked it. The eggs were delicious, as was the cake. I'll definitely be back; I really want to try the pancakes and New York cheesecake. Finally, the prices are more than fair. I completely recommend it.

21/01/2026: The best pastry shop I know, top-quality products, prepared with originality, care, and love. You absolutely must try them. The coffee shop makes the best vegan cappuccino I've ever had!
