24/11/2024: We were there last night. Excellent quality products, friendly service and a welcoming place. We waited a bit for the booked table because we were in the second round of the dinner and the gentlemen from the first round were slow to finish. The owner sent us pizzas to the center and mixed fried foods to apologize for the wait for which he wasn't even responsible. A gesture of courtesy truly appreciated that I have never received elsewhere in Pavia, in fact the manager is from Campania and it is especially noticeable in these details! Dinner for €16, everything perfect. I highly recommend!

17/07/2024: È la mia casa del sabato a pranzo da quasi 30 anni. Prima con la vecchia gestione di Sergio e Silvana ed ora con Lina ed Alessia. La tipica trattoria di una volta, con cucina Lomellina e non, piatti deliziosi ed ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Insomma, sono come in famiglia. Delizioso il salmone, personalmente lo ritengo gustoso come quello che ho mangiato in Norvegia.

13/08/2024: Ci vado da anni ed ho sempre trovato la stessa attenzione in tutto: dai piatti serviti all’attenzione per il cliente. Terrazza con una bellissima vista, tavoli ben distanziati, il coperto è superiore alla media, ma è più che giustificato per il servizio. Cucina territoriale ben fatta e proposta in modo fine! Molto apprezzata e varia la carta dei vini (coerentemente territoriale). Complimenti ai proprietari: Giovani, ma con una gentilezza d’altri tempi!

13/08/2024: I'm very sorry to give only two stars to this place, because the owner and the staff are super kind and helpful but unfortunately the positive things end here at least as far as I'm concerned obviously. The furniture did not satisfy me, rusty sheets of metal as dividers, wooden boxes on the ceiling which are unhygienic like the bottles with the bottom cut off as lampshades. The cover price, 3 euros, is excessive for the service offered, i.e. an American-style table. Quality and price not satisfactory, appetizer with fried dumplings and cured meats just passable and pizza rubbery and difficult to digest. High prices. Definitely improvable. The owner's response leaves me a little perplexed.....the sheet metal, even if treated, is always "rusty" and using recyclable material does not mean using scrap! I'm sorry to disappoint you but the cover charge paid today in another restaurant was two euros with tablecloth and cloth napkin. Zero km for his cured meats also do not identify the quality and as for the pizza, his can be as contemporary as he wants but if the dough is not leavened adequately it remains gummy and difficult to digest. The reviews are made specifically for other people looking for opinions on places and comparing various opinions so I don't see how else I could have shared mine without being behind a keyboard.

27/08/2024: A restaurant in a small village Thanks to Angelo for this delicious address, we wouldn't think of stopping but we have to. I didn't even have time to take photos of them, I immediately wanted to taste them. Parmigiana and Bismark. The value for money is worth the detour.

The pizza is quite good and sometimes also the menu which deserves a little more quality, possibly even raising the price a little, if that were the reason. Why, for example, use the shoulder instead of the thigh as cooked ham, on pizza and also in Aosta Valley?! As well as a pasta of questionable quality?! However, I have never tried the à la carte dishes. Staff quite friendly, even if they are often in a hurry, even when the place is not full. It's not necessarily an advantage, especially if the customer feels it's a bit too rushed. The bar should be raised, for now I'm rating it two stars.

10/12/2024: Everything excellent! My fiancé and I chose to try multiple dishes and therefore share the dishes. Let's start with a hot appetizer, steamed Chinese dumplings with soy sauce: tasty and succulent. Two firsts. Rice spaghetti with vegetables and prawns (the amount of prawns is a little low, but overall the flavor is very good) and rice gnocchi with vegetables and prawns (the same as rice). As a second course, sweet and sour fried chicken: very spectacular presentation, very tasty thanks to the bittersweet taste of the sauce. And finally, fried ice cream: I discovered that it wasn't exactly a traditional Chinese invention, but it was really curious in taste and ended this pleasant dinner on a sweet note. The furnishings of the room leave something to be desired, while I found the lucky kittens displayed at the entrance very cute. I didn't have a chance to ask if they were for sale. We will definitely be back, positive experience!
