01/12/2024: Buona la pizza cotta nel forno a legna..prezzi contenuti. Il servizio è discreto..Sicuramente un locale che mi sentirei di consigliare

26/06/2024: COLAZIONE buona e varia, croissant varie anche brioche con cereali e frutti di bosco,muffin, cheese cake, personale molto gentile, lo consiglio vivamente a tutti 😉😉😉😉

19/01/2025: Purtroppo molto delusa essendo in un centro commerciale,per Prendere 2 caffè con 2 pasticcini e acqua ,arrivo al pagamento mi dice ,nn ho resto di 50€ cosa veramente assurda in un centro commerciale ,la ragazza arrogante maleducata ,fate merenda nell’ altro bar che loro hanno la cassa automatica delusa veramente

20/10/2025: The asian looking barista is SUPER polite and friendly. You have to be on the lower shopping center and pass the following stores IN THIS ORDER: - Pass the Public piano Flying Tiger Kiko Milano Mango - Go through the doors to the next corridor/hall/level Calzedonia La Feltrinelli dixie (turn right here! As the direction of the hall continues) Alpa Gallery Tezenis Windtre (the SIM card store and mobile provider) La casa de las carcasas Heikos Starbucks is right infront of Heikos. The Starbucks doesnt appear in the Directory as you come down the escalator, but it is there October 20, 2025. Thank you for my drink for the train ride :)

19/10/2025: I stopped by this Starbucks for a quick coffee, but the experience was honestly terrible. The staff showed zero professionalism no smile, no greeting, and spoke to me with an attitude that made it feel like they simply didn’t care. There were only two employees working at the time: a male seems Peruvian or Filipino and a curvy female at the cash desk with tattoos, piercings, and weared a cap. Both acted completely uninterested in serving customers. I’ve been to many Starbucks locations around the world, and this was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. It’s really disappointing to see such poor customer service from a brand known for friendliness and hospitality. The team here seriously needs proper training on communication, respect, and basic customer interaction. coffee 8/10 Service 1/10 🤢🤮
