Unfortunately, I'm sorry to say that we went in to have a refreshing drink, but the place was extremely hot. I don't know how anyone can work like this.

The staff is incredibly friendly and fast! The drinks are excellent and refreshing, but as a customer, I wonder how the employees manage to work in that ridiculous heat. Please do something for them!

The staff is friendly and super helpful... but oh my, it's so hot! Waiting for your order is torture! How can you make people work in those conditions?!? Turn on the air conditioning!

Excellent service, but the place was too hot, so hot, it was impossible to stay there.

It's on the first basement level, at the far right end when viewed from the front. I found it thanks to a Korean review; otherwise, I probably wouldn't have been able to find it. Luckily, there were exactly two seats available, so I was able to sit down. Ah, I came here for a blood transfusion; otherwise, I don't think I would have come back.

Location - outside next to farmacia/accross McDonald's take the escalator down and go straight into the tunnel on the left side. Just go straight and you'll find it. Hard to find but a nice place with friendly staff. No toilets or tables tho. Jus 2 to 3 window seats.

Google map location is inaccurate. It's in an underground hallway going away from the station. Mainly a take away shop with couple of bar stools. Coordinates are the following: 43.7755816, 11.2495172.

Take the escalator down near McDonald's. Just keep walking straight until you see it (you'll see it just as you're wondering if you're in the right place). Everyone is friendly. The Americano is delicious. They even have plenty of ice. The best. There are only two bar stools.
