03/08/2025: The quality is certainly excellent. Prices are excessively high for the service provided. The ground-floor setting is very simple, with tables very close together. It's a shame that the service is lacking, with staff who don't pay enough attention to the price. Compared to other restaurants in the same category, the mixed sushi pieces are small. The eel is excellent, and you can taste the chargrilled flavor.

30/07/2025: The Toro sashimi was one of the best I've tasted outside of Japan. kudos to the chefs providing chopped Wasabi for the toro it was such a treat. I’ve also ordered the ramen but not a fan. stick with the sushi!!

We loved it so much that we came back for our farewell dinner. I highly recommend this place to anyone who appreciates not only delicious but also sophisticated cuisine in a truly beautiful setting. By the way, it was quite busy on Thursday evening, so I suggest making a reservation in advance.

Thanks to an elegant, present owner, capable of conveying genuine care without ever being ostentatious. Thanks to a close-knit, polite, professional team, who accompanies every gesture with discretion and attention. Everything flows naturally, with a fluidity that only well-run places can offer. The service? Perfect timing: neither slow nor rushed. The right pace to enjoy the company, the ambience, the tranquility. The location is picture-perfect: tables surrounded by greenery, statues silently observing, the river flowing just beyond. Light, air, natural shade, no mosquitoes. Every detail has been designed to make guests feel truly at ease. And the lunch lived up to all this. Elegant, tasty, never predictable dishes. A cuisine crafted with balance and personality. Each course is carefully crafted, gracefully presented, and served with a smile. Sincere compliments to the chef, who has captured the region's history with style and technique. This is no ordinary place. It's one of those places where every detail is in its place. And in the end, what remains is the "rare" feeling of having truly enjoyed yourself! 04/08/2025: Had dinner on August 3, 2025. I must say the table service was impeccable. Ask for "Mike," aka Michele, who will also offer menus not listed on the menu. The wine list caters to all budgets. Excellent meat, with options for vegetarians as well. What more can I say? It's worth trying, especially in the summer, on the outdoor terrace.

10/08/2025: At the end of July, I celebrated my graduation at 4cento, and I couldn't have chosen a better place! From the first contact, both by email and phone, Ignazio made me feel listened to and cared for with impeccable professionalism and, at the same time, a friendly touch that immediately put me at ease. Every piece of advice he gave was spot on. His calmness and patience were truly a blessing during those days of intense preparation. The location is splendid: just minutes from universities like IULM and Bocconi, yet immersed in a green oasis that makes you forget you're in the city. The wait staff was incredibly kind, always available to accommodate our various needs, including time and organization. Flexibility was a great strength: customizable menus, carefully tailored budget options, and even opening hours adapted to our needs. For example, we started with a welcome aperitif in the garden and continued with dinner inside a charming glass structure, surrounded by trees and illuminated by fairy lights that created a simply magical atmosphere. It was a dream come true: I didn't think such perfect locations existed for what I wanted on my special day. I recommend 4cento without hesitation, whether for an event, a romantic dinner, or a special occasion. The price was very fair and in line with our agreement. I will definitely return... perhaps even to celebrate my master's degree! Thanks again from the bottom of my heart to Ignazio and all the staff for making me and all my guests happy.

I rediscovered spaghetti with black garlic and shrimp after years... served here with chili pepper (not too spicy) and burrata... Attentive and precise service... perhaps a little slow... but excellent... Beautiful internal courtyard in the center of Parabiago... never been here... if I ever get another chance... 20/06/2025: Last night I went to the La Corte restaurant in Parabiago and the experience was overall very positive. The restaurant is located inside a kiosk shared with other restaurants. Even if the access is not immediately intuitive, it is definitely worth looking for. We dined outside, under a sheet that covered the stations. This sheet, although useful for shelter, slightly limited the flow of air. However, the evening was not particularly hot and it was still pleasant. The food is good, well presented and carefully prepared. The service was excellent, but what really deserves to be highlighted is the great availability of the owner and the chef. After serving me the main course, they independently realized that the portion was rather small. Without me saying anything, they decided to spontaneously prepare a second course as an integration, bringing it directly to the table. It is the first time that I have seen such a gesture, and it was truly much appreciated. It demonstrates a level of attention and respect for the customer that is truly rare. For this reason I highly recommend La Corte to anyone looking for good food and a genuine and thoughtful welcome. I will definitely be back.
