27/11/2025: I'm so happy to have discovered this place; I've driven past it many times but never stopped. Fast and friendly service, just the way I like it. A variety of dishes and traditional cuisine. I left feeling truly full and satisfied. A wide variety of grappas (which I appreciate).

23/10/2025: We had dinner at this restaurant. The menu was varied and the dishes were prepared with great care. The fried calamari was delicious. A must try! The owner was attentive and always available to answer any questions, and the staff was friendly and courteous.

27/11/2025: We had lunch at this trattoria in Milan, what can I say? Everything was excellent, the place was beautiful and welcoming, the staff were kind and helpful, the first courses were exceptional and plentiful, highly recommended.

22/11/2025: I visited Al Garghet restaurant on Valentine's Day, when the restaurant predictably reaches its peak. The high number of guests highlighted a structural limitation: the parking area, which is rather limited given the restaurant's popularity and capacity. Gastronomically, the offerings weren't entirely convincing considering the price. The traditional Milanese dishes, while respectful of classic recipes, were executed without any particular personality or flair. The famous "cotoletta del Garghet," considered the house's flagship, proved to be a good dish, but not one that justifies the high price. The location, however, is undoubtedly the highlight of the experience: the refined and evocative atmosphere contributes to a pleasant stay, distinguishing Al Garghet with its charm.

22/11/2025: I was there at the end of November, and the Christmas atmosphere was already in full swing with beautiful and elegant decorations and lights. The staff were knowledgeable and extremely friendly, and the traditional Milanese dishes were expertly prepared. Be careful with the small parking lot, which is well-managed, and arrive a few minutes early for peace of mind. I'll definitely be back.

14/12/2025: We stopped for a gin and tonic and finally stayed for lunch. We ordered a starter, a suppli per person which was delicious and was huge. We ate a bruchetta with pomodoro and basil which was also very good and a lasagna with ragu which was incredible. It was a discovery, we recommend it. The staff was very friendly. The price was very correct for what we ate.

10/12/2025: Spent 5 days în Rome and went to Raf 3 times :-) Biggest plus was that it was really close to our hotel, but keeping în mind the huge number of possibilities restaurant wise, the fact we came back 2 more time, says something. The pasta is great - best choise is Cacio e Pepe (request the original recipe with tagliatelle), the tiramisu is spot, the pizza is fingerlicking good and the cappuccino is a wondeful cherry on top 🙂 Not a wine drinker but my friends really appreciated the Merlot, at glass. 100% Rome will see me again and for sure one of my stop will be Raf 💙

07/11/2025: This pizzeria has been open by the slice for many years. There are about ten tables inside and a few outside in the summer, but the long line is for takeout. If you dine in, you'll be served an appetizer of prosciutto and warm focaccia before your pizza. The pizza is delicious, soft and well-cooked, crispy on the edge, and generously topped. The service is quick and informal. The price is fair.

16/12/2025: I've tried several ravioli restaurants in Milan, from Via Paolo Sarpi to the surrounding areas, and this one is truly authentic in flavor and texture, both in the ravioli and soups, which we've tried on numerous occasions abroad. I recommend it.

14/12/2025: After many years, Shiva remains my go-to Indian restaurant in Milan because the food is always delicious, the prices are affordable, and the set menus are well-designed (I like both the Shiva and vegetarian menus). Not all the ingredients are top-quality (the menu says the chicken is Aia, and the shrimp don't seem particularly fresh either), but so far I haven't found better Indian cuisine in Milan. The staff are always very friendly, and the restaurant has a lovely atmosphere.

26/10/2025: I ordered takeout steamed dumplings that were good, but not the best I've ever tried. The rice noodles with vegetables were soupy and not sautéed. The Cantonese rice was extremely dry, with bitter peas and the worst ham ever. Disgusting, never again.
