20/04/2025: For Easter lunch I paid 50 euros but the food was very low level, in fact you regularly spend 12 euros, you cannot eat canteen food, positive reviews do not reflect reality or at home they are not capable of preparing good dishes! Poor

30/06/2025: I went in one morning last week with my son and partner. I was a bit dizzy and starving. I asked for one chocolate croissant. He asked if I wanted three. I said no. I want one. He spoke perfectly fine English and handed me one croissant in a little bag. I paid and thought. €4.50 is a bit crazy for one croissant in Italy, but I was too dizzy to question him and left. It was a Nutella croissant. I hate Nutella! I had to get food elsewhere. I went in two days later and asked the woman at the counter how much the chocolate croissants are. She said €1.50! I told her that her colleague ripped me off the other day. She shrugged and turned to chat with another employee. I try to learn other languages and respect the places I visit. It's sad when people are just not nice. I recommend not eating here if you are not from the area.

29/07/2025: I was coming to this coffee shop almost every day for nearly a year. Unfortunately, the staff has consistently been unfriendly — with one exception: the guy who works behind the bar in the mornings. He’s the only one who’s polite and knows how to make a proper cappuccino. There was a period when he was away for over a month, and during that time, no one else seemed capable of making a decent coffee. The atmosphere is also quite unpleasant. Most of the female staff are cold, never smile, and make you feel like you’re not welcome. If the blonde woman with short hair is the owner, then sadly, it starts at the top. She always seems very unpleasant, as if your presence is a nuisance rather than appreciated. It’s a shame, because the place has potential — but the attitude and energy of the staff really take away from the experience.

25/07/2025: Not recommended. Today for lunch, they brought a terrible pasta dish, which I returned. Then I ordered a medium-rare tagliata. It arrived raw (not even rare). If they'd put it on the plate without cooking it, it wouldn't have made much of a difference. I ate it to avoid further fuss given the rudeness of the staff, and I felt terrible. I reserve the right to sue for damages if the food poisoning doesn't go away. I even left some of the meat on my plate. In the end, unbelievably, they charged me for both dishes. They even said I'd have to send back the main course (so maybe they could have asked me to pay for three inedible dishes instead of two). I paid what they asked for, but they've lost a customer forever. I hope I get better soon. Needless to say, the service is the worst in Milan.

15/09/2025: We had dinner there, and the staff was very kind and helpful. They provided us with plates and spoons to eat the cake the birthday girl brought.

15/09/2025: The guys assured me they'll be more careful and will put wax paper on the table. They were kind and reimbursed me by giving me two free slices of pizza. Let's recap: The pizza is always good, the guys are always kind, now they'll be more attentive, and the customers will surely appreciate it. So I'm updating my review to 5 stars, but I'm also leaving the old review as a reminder. Well done. ------------------ Since it's happened to me before, I'll write it now. Takeout pizza should be placed on two sheets of wax paper, otherwise it sticks to the cardboard...IT'S NOT HARD TO UNDERSTAND. Today I forgot to remember, and...pizza and cardboard!

22/07/2025: A dear friend and I attended the brunch, LA GRANDE ABBUFFATA, which couldn't have been more appropriately named. The outdoor setting was very pleasant, with attentive service and the kindness of the owners, Daniele and Andrea. But the best part was being able to enjoy the delicacies on the menu: mouth-watering puff pastries, delicious cakes, and thoughtfully crafted main courses. An experience definitely worth repeating!

03/09/2025: I celebrated my birthday at this place. The atmosphere was great, the aperitivo was fantastic, there were 16 of us, and the food was amazing. What can I say about the staff? They were so friendly and welcoming, we had such a great time that we're celebrating another birthday this Saturday. Thank you for making my birthday a truly amazing one!

16/07/2025: If I could, I'd give it zero stars and reserve legal action. I visited this establishment a few years ago with two friends and three female friends, and the experience was so bad that it remained etched in my memory. From the moment we entered, the security staff, particularly a bouncer who was always present and accompanied by the owner, became extremely offensive, hurling completely gratuitous homophobic insults at us. Despite what had happened, we tried to remain calm and sat at a table on a mezzanine level. After just a few moments, just enough time to pour ourselves a drink, the owner came up with the same bouncer, aggressively and completely unfoundedly accusing us of throwing glasses downstairs. He even threatened to kill me, only to leave after a customer confirmed that nothing had happened. Throughout the evening, the same bouncer continued to return to our table, hurling homophobic insults and constantly taunting us, clearly trying to get us to react. Later, as I was escorting the girls from the group to the exit, we came across a disturbing scene: the same bouncer, along with the owner, was brutally beating another customer outside the club. One of the girls ended up with blood all over her car. Another very serious incident occurred near the bathroom. My friend, with his arm in a cast, had been waiting in line for a while. I accompanied him only to help him carry his things. A few seconds later, the same bouncer violently broke down the bathroom door and entered to subject us to an unauthorized, completely unjustified search, accompanied by further insults. A shocking experience, surreal to say the least. The place is dangerous, poorly managed, dirty, and the staff, especially that bouncer, are aggressive, intimidating, and profoundly disrespectful. Absolutely not recommended.

23/08/2025: Terrible experience: I witnessed unacceptable hygiene incidents in the dining room, and the management seemed completely disinterested in the well-being of their customers. The environment is neglected, the atmosphere unpleasant, and it doesn't convey any sense of professionalism. This place needs serious overhaul; I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. It's also frequented by some very unsavory people, in my opinion.

18/07/2025: Mine will be an anonymous review. I worked here a while ago and want to point out that the kitchen is terribly maintained. I advise everyone against eating there. The only redeeming feature is the pizza made by Ash (I think that's how it's spelled), as it's prepared practically in front of the customers. I've seen flies landing on the food and still handed it to the customers, food falling on the floor and then put back in the same container to be served, the oil for frying the fries never changed (the oil is practically black), the slicer always dirty and almost never cleaned, and even expired food served and hidden from the customers so it wouldn't be thrown away! Everything is managed by Donatella. Believe me, I've worked there, the kitchen is always dirty! If you go there, go only for the pizza, not for anything else! PS It's been months since I last went there, so maybe the situation has improved, but I really doubt it.

12/08/2025: The service here has always been terrible! I went there when they first opened. I was about 7-8 months pregnant at the time. I waited for a long time, and they brought me the wrong thing. I asked for a replacement, but they said they were busy and couldn't make it. They acted like, "I can eat it if I want."

04/08/2025: A small, relaxing spot in the Paolo Sarpi neighborhood. The menu is extensive, and the value is even better.

31/05/2025: We were customers: One Sunday I bought €28.92 worth of sweets, my 4 year old asked for a glass of water while I was paying and they served it to him, he added 50 cents to my bill. I UNDERLINE we were not passing through, but we bought a tray of sweets paid per kg from a starred pastry shop. These are things that we "from the south" cannot conceive of and perhaps many others here in Milan too. True: they made 50 cents; True: they lost a customer.

25/05/2025: It was my habit to take the family out for breakfast on Sundays, this morning unable to leave the house, I went to the pastry shop with the intention of getting 2 take-away croissants, a coffee at the counter and some pastries... It was 9 in the morning, while the girl was passing by with a tray full of croissants the other girl, I think she is the owner turns around and says to me: "this morning we are not doing take-away anymore because we are almost out of croissants". Too bad that the person next to me had a bag with croissants, so absentmindedly I only got a bitter coffee, with the conviction of never setting foot in this place again.
