Biffi is perfectly located in the heart of Milan, making it a great spot to enjoy the city atmosphere. The restaurant itself is beautiful, and the waiters are attentive, professional, and very welcoming. It’s definitely worth trying for the overall experience. Since it’s right in the city center, prices are on the higher side, which may be a downside for some. If that doesn’t bother you, it’s absolutely worth a visit.

We couldn't understand the sometimes negative, even very critical, reviews. With the attitude of "try it out and experience it for ourselves," we decided to visit this restaurant anyway. Beforehand, we also looked at other restaurants in the Galleria and compared their offerings and value for money, although price wasn't our only deciding factor. If you're looking for something "cheap" or, excuse me, "more affordable," you don't necessarily look for it in a location like this, surrounded by some of the most famous brand stores, such as Gucci, Prada, and others. Or are we wrong? Well, we want to give an objective account of our experience and review. Our visit was very pleasant all around: We enjoyed a lovely evening with excellent food and extremely friendly and attentive service. Since we enjoyed the food so much, taking photos took a backseat (in a good way). I only managed to capture my "Carpaccio di Manzo"! It was one of the best meals I've ever had, both in terms of taste and quality. My companion ordered "Prosciutto di Parma with Melon," and the portion was generous, with excellent quality as well! Tender, flavorful, and truly excellent Parma ham. For our first courses, we chose "Spaghetti alle vongole," and for our second courses, "Filetto di manzo" with homemade fries, which were also very impressive. The only slight drawback was that the meat wasn't quite as tender and juicy as it looked, which is why we're deducting a point here. Including sparkling mineral water, a large beer beforehand, and a small bottle of Primitivo di Manduria (2019) with the meal, we paid around €202, which works out to about €100 per person—absolutely justified for what we received! This down-to-earth and fair price in such a location is absolutely fine for this quality (in our opinion). Overall, we look back on a wonderful evening and are already looking forward to our next visit to Milan – hopefully combined with dinner at Biffi again. Of course, we would adjust our rating accordingly if we have a future experience there. By the way, regarding the noise level, despite the Galleria and its still-busy crowds in the evening, it was pleasant. Every restaurant (we were in the outdoor seating area) is exposed to roughly the same surroundings and therefore doesn't have a significant impact on the noise. There were also people inside, but acoustically it was really okay for the aforementioned location. *Thank you all so much for the perfect evening!*

The service was very poor because of one staff member, possibly due to racial bias as we are Asian

The food isn't bad and it's quiet, but €11 for a beer, €32 for the cover charge, and €11 for dessert... seems a bit outrageous, no matter how well located it is. They should rethink their business model, charge a little less, and fill more tables.

The staff is great! And thats literally the only reason i would go back
