31/08/2025: I waited 40 minutes for my order. The guy in charge of the Poké and the cashier (very kind and very good) was left completely alone, with numerous customers and takeout orders to fulfill. The star isn't directed at him at all, but at whoever manages the shifts or whoever allows an employee to be left alone to deal with such a huge workload.
14/07/2025: Too much waiting!!! 2 clerks were quick and kind, but not enough during lunch!!!

19/07/2025: A gem in a small town between Milan and Pavia, one of the best pizzas I've ever eaten. I usually leave the crusts on when I eat pizza, but here the whole plate was cleaned! Perfect leavening, excellent ingredients, extremely kind and accommodating staff. If you have the chance, stop by; you won't regret it!
08/07/2025: Worst place I've ever been. The pizzas were absolutely disgusting. The dough was completely burned, and another one was thrown away because the meat on top was completely raw. The staff didn't even know which way to turn. We had to wait ages to pay, and the receipts didn't even show the price of the products, just a total that was incorrect compared to the menu. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

19/04/2025: Unfortunately today was a total disappointment. Unpresentable and truly bad dishes. I gave it a high rating but I really have to change my mind.
The piadina was shameful, thrown there like in the worst bars, everything else tasteless and not cared for in the slightest. This is not vegan cuisine! It's not really cooking.
I'm really sorry but it's the truth

The croissants 🥐 are delicious 😋, crunchy, sweet and just good 👍. The cappuccino and latte is really delicious too.

The wait time is often really long (10 - 35
mins), the people who serve really often forget what you ordered, and sometimes just forget about you...
Atmosphere:
Not a lot to say here, it's beautiful but really really busy and loud
02/09/2025: Breakfast with my kids: aloof and unprofessional service. The owner asks me three times if I want a glass of water in addition to the kids' yeast. He asks before grabbing the bill because he obviously wants to charge it (laughs). The girl at the counter is rude (understatement), and the tables are not clean. High prices, zero empathy, and the place isn't spotless. Why come back? And in fact, we won't.

07/05/2025: The restaurant is closed, when we reserved a table nothing indicated this, we were seated at the bar when we arrived, telling us that the restaurant had been closed for a while, no apology and no proper service at least for the bar, this is unacceptable.

15/05/2025: More than a sandwich shop, it's an Amazon sorting center. In the side room, where I was sitting, there are 3 large bags with Amazon packages and the 2 girls were rummaging through these bags the whole time looking for packages to deliver. Then one of them left to prepare my sandwich. With the excuse of making a phone call, I moved to see if she washed her hands before touching the food. Unfortunately, this didn't happen.
I asked for a Coke with ice and lemon. Answer: we don't have ice or lemon...
15/04/2025: Very kind staff, place to be recommended, however it is also a UPS Point which works very well and whoever manages it collaborates efficiently

05/09/2025: We went for a beer before a game and ordered a small beer that was listed as €3, but they charged us €5. When we asked why, they told us it was a medium, and there was no price for a medium, but a large was listed as €6. If I order a small, I don't understand why you're giving me a different size beer that isn't even on the price list.
02/08/2025: They should get better ratings than what they're now. I had good meals here with my boys and I enjoyed their meals. We had pizzas and Chinese home cooking meals. The food was very fast, even when I ordered espresso it seems only like a minute it arrived. Very good and very happy also with their service.

But when you find a Chinese girl at the counter, run away, I asked for a toast with salad and cheese and it arrived without cheese and with inedible broad-leaf salad, an orange juice with more ice than juice, in short, truly despicable. A real theft.
