We had booked and perhaps given the turnout, booking is recommended if you are in a hurry. • The service is good, waitresses helpful and friendly, a little rushed as understandably can happen with the business lunch service. • The food is all good, 3 first and 3 second courses available, a note of merit for the sausage sauce and the very tender beef morsels. 07/04/2025: On a trip from Varese to Gazzoldo degli Ippoliti (MN) for a reunion with all the relatives, we found ourselves in this trattoria for lunch. An apt choice to say the least, delicious food, kind and qualified staff always present in the room and attentive to satisfying the diners' requests, without ever making us wait longer than necessary, a quality that is especially appreciated when the room is full... there were already 23 of us in our group. We start with a round of starters 😋 and then move on to Riso alla pilota😋😋 many of them did an encore. Polenta bacon and baked potatoes, dessert, coffee and coffee killer 🤭. An experience that we will certainly do again next time. Thanks to all the restaurant staff for the welcome they received and for helping to make this day special. I'm sorry I didn't take photos... but on these occasions I leave my cell phone in my pocket and indulge in food and company. Apart from this, I highly recommend the Agrifoglio restaurant, you will not be disappointed. Fabio & Company.

13/04/2025: After a long wander around restaurants, one Monday evening, in the lower Brescia area, we finally found refreshment in this inn, the only one open in the area! 😅 Simple dishes but full of authentic traditional flavors! A really nice surprise, the sweet and sour vegetables served among the appetizers are spectacular, I recommend them to anyone! I really liked finding variety in the dishes, not only dishes based on beef or pork but also other types, a real joy for meat lovers like us! The staff is friendly and helpful. Free parking available. Clean and comfortable, rustic environment, with furnishings that recall the rural life of the area and which characterizes this old farmhouse in an artistic way! And to make sure you don't miss anything, a truly excellent value for money! Absolutely must try!

11/05/2025: In a wonderful setting of a town in the moraine hills ..Volta Mantovana...in a characteristic little square there is this ice cream shop, quality product and particular flavors with absolutely new combinations.. Super creamy ice cream ...and the possibility of eating sitting outside with a view...we will definitely return

26/04/2025: Very very good! The cone wafer is also decidedly high quality. There are classic and even more refined flavours, all very good. They have always spoken well of it to me and I can finally confirm the quality of the ice cream. Very friendly staff.

20/05/2025: For years it has been the place where I enjoy a perfect risotto alla pilota, obviously with ribs as püntel and an excellent lambrusco because rice "is born in water and dies in wine". Quiet and well-kept environment as the kind and friendly service.

25/05/2025: I was there yesterday with an organized trip to see the splendid Basilica which is located 2 minutes from the Marte restaurant. The place is small, in fact there were 50 of us and we filled the whole room. We ate very well with a family service that made us feel at ease. The mustards made by the owner are delicious, as are the appetizers, the roast and the macaroni with speck. The finish was with sbrisolona and zabaglione served directly from the copper pan...fabulous! I don't know the price because it was included in the trip. Highly recommended, I will go back when I am in the area

21/03/2025: CIBUM.. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!! CIBUM was a casual discovery. As soon as you enter you are captured by the clean and tidy counter/fridge with all the sealed foods, then you sit in the room.. welcoming, clean and tidy, as well as very beautiful with a large display of types of wines. We ordered various types of bombette from the refrigerated counter, sausage with basil, an Angus steak and baked potatoes. Excellent product quality, cooked to perfection to fully enhance the steak which is served on a slab of hot salt, accompanied by cherry tomatoes, rocket and grated caciocavalo. Delicious bombette cooked in the wood oven on skewers to sizzle!! Excellent price quality!! We were captured by CIBUM to the point of returning for 3 days!! The second evening we tried a hamburger with veal, tomato, salad and raw ham (DELICIOUS!) This too was delicious. On the third day we ordered and collected some products, kindly vacuum-packed with ice and improvised packaging with polystyrene. Everything was done to perfection. What can I say... CIBUM is a bit hidden but like a PEARL it is worth FINDING!!! You won't regret it! It is not worthy of 5 stars.... no... but 1, MICHELLENE!!!!! compliments for the Dedication, Commitment, Courtesy and Availability. MARK this place YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED. Thank you!

27/02/2025: We went to this butcher's shop for a dinner with friends. We started with some small appetizers and then moved on to a tasting of matured meats, cooked to perfection and served in the center. Excellent prices, with 2 bottles of wine we spent €40 each. A place to try

31/05/2025: Located at one of the entrances to Quistello Il Brigantino offers quality and well-filled Neapolitan pizzas, but also excellent fish dishes. This evening we tried fish for the first time and we were thrilled. The portions of pasta are generous and the prices are good. The restaurant is well furnished in a maritime style, in white/blue tones, and you can eat both inside and outside. Recommended for those passing by the lower Mantua area!

10/05/2025: I went there with 3 friends, unfortunately one of them vomited and they didn't clean anything and the waiters were laughing. Furthermore, after this inconvenience we obviously didn't finish eating and at the cash register they made us pay about €20 for everything we had left but they gave it to us to take home. For goodness sake this is right but after laughing at a girl who was vomiting and not cleaning it seemed very rude to me.
