04/10/2025: Beautiful place, very attentive, young and fast staff, excellent food, we will definitely be back, rating 10

02/10/2025: Creative modern Italian cooking which produces intense, delicious flavours. Reasonably priced for the quality, especially the wine. But a few weaknesses detract from the pleasure of eating here: bread is poor - underbaked and slightly stale. Millefeuille pastry (in the stunning chicken liver and plum dish) should be much crisper and lighter - maybe assembled too far in advance? Poached peach was hard/under ripe. Papadelle stuck together in places so undercooked. Stir the pot! In a place like this, pasta should be perfect but sadly we didn’t feel that even our gentle mention was welcome. A mobile phone ban would also be good! Customers walking in on their phones, taking calls at the table spoils the atmosphere. Even so, the memorable flavours and creativity make this restaurant a special experience.

18/09/2025: A lovely place for summer al fresco dining with friends. With some greenery and a few swings, it's also easier to manage the kids.

14/09/2025: So if you find yourself in this area, you should take advantage of the opportunity. We had raw and roasted fresh porcini mushrooms, egg with black truffle, and porcini mushroom risotto. Everything was super fresh, accompanied by excellent wine. The chef, Diego, and his wife, Paola, provide excellent service. Diego has tremendous expertise in both wine and food. I've added this restaurant to my favorites!

09/10/2025: If you're not from the area, it can be tricky to get there, but it's worth it: the atmosphere is welcoming, the staff is very friendly, and the food is delicious. We stopped by chance on our way to Lake Garda, but it was worth it.

07/10/2025: Today we had lunch at Cristina's. In a family atmosphere, we enjoyed excellent, authentic, and abundant cuisine. Compliments to the hostess, an experience definitely worth repeating.

07/09/2025: A less expensive €30 menu, generous portions, and authentic, local food. What a pleasant surprise! The staff were extremely friendly, bustling among the tables but always present. It reminded me of the famous Sunday lunch "at home with your grandparents," steeped in tradition. The setting is wonderful; you feel like you're a guest in their home. Just remember to mention any intolerances or specific diets when booking, as you won't be able to choose from the à la carte menu; the dishes will be brought directly to your table.

05/09/2025: A gelateria that wins you over at first taste: the gelato here is creamy, fresh, and made with high-quality ingredients, crafted with a unique artisan touch. In addition to the classic creams, the water-based gelato and granitas also surprise with their lightness and authentic flavor. The presentation is always elegant and meticulous, the staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and there's no shortage of refined packages dedicated to special occasions and parties, perfect for making every moment special. A place that truly deserves top marks and where it's natural to return to discover new delicacies. If you're in the area, definitely stop by!

17/10/2025: We stopped there rather spontaneously on a motorcycle tour. Small, fine, and very tasty restaurant. A bit out of the way in an industrial park, almost easy to miss, but the food is simply top-notch. There's always a daily special with around 10 dishes, and they're exceptional and absolutely freshly prepared. Highly recommended!

12/10/2025: A nice surprise, located off the beaten path, not very visible but definitely worth a visit for a delicious business lunch at a very reasonable price. Good food served by smiling staff who immediately put you at ease. The atmosphere is simple but clean and tidy, definitely worth a visit.

26/06/2025: Agriturismo perfetto per un pranzo/cena in famiglia o con amici per chi ama la cucina mantovana! Posto immerso nel verde, cibo buonissimo e ottima qualità prezzo. Un gran plus è anche la birra prodotta artigianalmente in agriturismo. Hanno anche qualche camera da B&B per cui lo consiglierei anche per un weekend di relax!

04/05/2025: Siamo stati a pranzo con amici il 1 Maggio, menù fisso ( tra cui alcune portate non sono state servite perchè finiti i prodotti). Il cameriere di una maleducazione spropositata ( e fallo un sorriso altrimenti cambia lavoro).Al momento di pagare ci è stato detto di non avere il servizio bancomat funzionante ( ma che fatalitá) i nostri amici pagano in contanti ( 80 € a coppia! Un furto!) noi non avendo contanti la cassiera ( probabilmente proprietaria) ci invita ad andare a prelevare cosa che facciamo.Lo scontrino lo abbiamo dovuto chiedere ed ai nostri amici non lo hanno fatto.Complimenti!!! Non torneremo MAI PIÙ!!!

08/09/2025: A small, family-run restaurant in the heart of Castel Goffredo, simple yet welcoming, always clean and tidy, even in the bathrooms. Here you can enjoy authentic Southeast Asian cuisine: from the excellent egg rolls, both fried and fresh, wrapped in rice paper, to the famous Pho soup, to rice and noodle dishes with meat and vegetables, perhaps enjoyed with a Vietnamese beer. The ingredients are fresh, the preparations are artisanal, and the homemade desserts are truly delicious. The owner, Phuong, welcomes you with great kindness, explaining the dishes and offering helpful advice. The prices are fair and the quality is authentic; the only drawback is the rather slow service, which is understandable given that the owner manages both the dining room and kitchen alone. Highly recommended for those who love discovering authentic and genuine flavors. We traveled 50 km to come here, and it was worth it; you just need to be patient!

14/10/2025: A welcoming, homey atmosphere, very friendly staff. I made a reservation for the second sitting at 9:30 PM; the place was packed (which gives me hope). The pumpkin tortelli with butter and sage were very good, though the portions were a bit small. For my second course, I ordered the musso with polenta: the donkey meat was a bit bland and not very tender, a bit of a disappointment. A bottle of mineral water, 1/4 of the house Lambrusco, and coffee were included. Total cost: €48. The prices are clearly displayed on the menu, but in my opinion, they're a far cry from the prices of a typical osteria/trattoria. It's my first time dining in Mantua, and I don't know the average prices for other restaurants, but I wasn't entirely satisfied. Given the osteria's reputation, I expected more.

23/09/2025: I had lunch at Portichetto and was completely satisfied. The menu offers carefully crafted dishes rich in flavor. The pumpkin tortelli were simply sublime: fresh pasta, a delicate filling, and a sauce that enhanced every bite. The tender and flavorful beef tagliata was cooked to perfection and accompanied by simple but well-crafted side dishes. The courteous service, well-timed service, and a quiet atmosphere, perfect for a tasty and relaxing lunch break. Recommended for those seeking quality and authenticity.

20/09/2025: While wandering around Mantua, we found this trattoria, and it was a delightful discovery: both for the excellent traditional cuisine and for the professionalism and kindness of the owners.
