01/08/2024: Deceived by the positive reviews on Google, I went to dinner with friends in this historic village restaurant. Regardless of how you ate it, I don't think you can give 4 stars in a review when you leave the restaurant and your clothes smell like fried food! And thank goodness it's summer! The prices were well indicated on the menu, but the final bill of 48 euros each seemed decidedly salty obviously compared to what was ordered, the quantity and, above all, the quality of some dishes such as the baked potatoes which were clearly the pre-cooked/thawed (what does it take to make 2 potatoes?) or desserts. Maybe we should have focused on the former rather than the latter. Nothing to say about the staff, friendly and helpful.

Reading the reviews we discovered this beautiful place which met our expectations both for the quality of the food and for the place (and also the interior decor). We promised ourselves we would return, there are still many dishes to try.

25/08/2024: Great place for anyone who wants to try typical cuisine of Mantova region. Located close to the town centre, restaurant has an AC system which really helps during the summer months. Tortelli di zucca is a must try, delicious recipe and very generous portion. Highly recommended.

09/06/2024: Beautiful place, farmhouse, tables outside but also inside to maintain the warmth of the farmhouse. The food is good, well prepared, the prices are honest. Close to the Peschiera Mantova track.

02/06/2024: Court gate is usually a guarantee. Unfortunately the last time was disappointing. The meat smelled old, almost all the people at the dinner complained the next day. These are things that can happen. I highly recommend raising prices and maintaining quality because nowadays people travel and get to know, especially our group who has been touring restaurants all over the world for 40 years, especially me and my other colleagues present at the dinner they make over 140 flights every year. Anyway good. I'm sure the next time will be as explosive as in the past.

22/08/2024: Osteria molto buona e a circa 10 minuti dall’autostrada. Ci siamo fermati per pranzo e siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti dal menú fisso (che permette comunque di scegliere cosa mangiare). Torneremo sicuramente. Grazie e alla prossima

14/07/2024: Splendid and magical place. The restaurant is surrounded by nature near the banks of the "big river". The food is excellent, we tasted various dishes, with and without truffles, all excellent, the risotto in particular. Fast and attentive service. We'll be back.
