Try to empathize with the owners Franco and Claudia supported by Paola and Anna and you will be enchanted.

03/06/2025: Di solito si diffida dei locali con prezzo fisso; qui mai! Il locale sembra un bar ma c'è un servizio buffet servito dal personale senza intervento del pubblico sui piatti, tutte cose fresche e molto gustose, nella quantità voluta; oltre un primo ogni giorno diverso. Prezzo decisamente accattivante, servizio veloce e corretto. Bravi!!!

10/07/2025: Posto carino, pizze dí altissima qualità, con un impasto molto leggero e digeribile. Imbarazzo della scelta delle combinazioni di ingredienti sulla pizza. Personale molto accogliente, professionale, sorridente e amichevole, ma non invadente o presente. Siamo stati due volte e ì locale era strapieno, che dice abbastanza della qualità. Torneremo sicuramente.

28/06/2025: Sapendo che era quota come la migliore pizza prodotta nel Mantovano ho voluto andarci e ne sono stato pienamente appagato; pizza tenerissima, sostanziosa, prodotta con alimenti sani, location all'aperto, proprietario un gentiluomo che come lui se ne trovano pochi nei locali pubblici; dispiace la distanza, spero in futuro comunque di ritornarvi. Bravi e basta!

12/06/2025: A lovely, authentic trattoria amidst a beautiful landscape. We had pasta and various appetizers. Everything was very good and reasonably priced. The ambiance is typically Italian. We felt very comfortable among the locals, away from the tourist crowds at Lake Garda. Many thanks to the friendly and pretty young woman who served us and arranged a wonderful table, even without a reservation.

10/06/2025: Excellent trattoria immersed in the morainic hills, local menu with excellent raw materials, friendly service and relaxing environment, I will return to taste other dishes.

26/06/2025: Excellent wine list and great care in choosing genuine products as the basis of the dishes offered. Appetizers with really delicious cold cuts, giardiniera and other vegetables offered as appetizers really excellent. First courses of the tradition for example I really liked the capunsei with butter and sage others took agnoli or tortelli with various condiments, all strictly homemade. We did not try the second courses because the appetizer and first course were abundant. Adequate and average bill. The only flaw in my opinion, but it is a matter of personal taste, the dark colors of the recently renovated rooms second, very "cool", but at least for me not very welcoming and a bit dark. Attentive and discreet service. Overall definitely worth trying, even in a large group like ours because the Service proved to be up to the needs of all the diners.

11/06/2025: We booked by phone upon arrival at 7.30 the waitress shows us the restaurant menu but we wanted pizza so she comes out saying that the pizzas are served from 8.10pm onwards so we resign ourselves to waiting but then the pizza chef puts them in the oven and serves them to us immediately. I don't argue with the habits of the place but informing customers when they call that the pizzas are served from that time onwards seems very correct to me and I advise you to do so..thanks

14/06/2025: I have been to Portobello twice to eat with my daughters.. We had a great time.. very kind staff and really excellent food. The first time I had pizza and chips.. the second time I had pasta with speck, mushrooms and cherry tomatoes really super good 👍🏼 and then chips, and sorbet.. I recommend this place I had a great time.

08/07/2025: The restaurant-pizzeria is large but with well-arranged tables and tasteful furnishings, there is also a large veranda for eating outside. Staff in adequate numbers so as not to make you wait too long, kind and professional. Great choice of dishes from pizzas, to first/second courses and desserts (two pages just for desserts!). We ate excellent first courses of fish and second courses always of fish (with the possibility of choosing between normal and abundant portion with a small surcharge), two desserts and drinks and we spent just over €20 each. We did not try the pizza. Recommended!

Each dish is a true explosion of flavors: fresh ingredients, original recipes and generous portions. You can feel that there is love for food and attention to every detail behind it. 01/07/2025: Honest, clean, light, digestible and excellent pizzas. Open for a lifetime and not by chance. If you don't have delusions of grandeur and you love intimate and truly family-run places, this is the quiet place for you.

15/06/2025: I had dinner at this pizzeria a little outside the center. Small environment, few tables, noisy. The pizza was decent, low perhaps a little dry. Service a little slow (they do a lot of take-away pizzas), staff quite friendly. Price normal.

29/05/2025: I came across it for the first time thanks to a ride with my partner, now it is a fixed stop for us on our rides in the area for breakfast or lunch. Each dish is carefully chosen in the choice of raw materials and the offer is varied and rich. For us it is a guarantee and we are now fond of this place and its discreet and friendly staff, starting with the owner Luca who we greet (we are the cyclists who passed by today for lunch, Luca, from Mantua).
