Excellent meat, the "gnumared" is absolutely worth trying. Sympathy and utmost courtesy on the part of the owners. Highly recommended in the center of Selva di Fasano.

I don't give 5 stars because there is a long wait. The staff, strictly family, are kind and do their best, but they are insufficient in number and perhaps the grill should be doubled. However, the food is really good and well cooked and by munching on some tarallini and two olives the wait is less long and the goodness of the roast makes you forget the wait. Fair price
