02/01/2026: Bar centrale is located in Gravedona with a lake view and we have breakfast there throughout the year and also (if we are in the area) on New Year's Day morning, very nice place because they have space to sit both inside and outside, the breakfast is good and the staff is always super kind and professional "congratulations"!!!

22/03/2026: Lunch at La Fontanella was a wonderful experience. The dishes are carefully prepared, and the service is impeccable and fast. I enjoyed tasty, well-cooked dishes, made with top-quality ingredients. The fish was excellent, and the menu clearly indicates whether it's fresh or frozen. The prices are reasonable for the service provided.
25/02/2026: Fish cooked in the 70s, using cream and tomato paste are old tastes but still good if cooked well like here

19/04/2026: We stumbled upon this pastry shop by chance, located across from the Fino Mornasco train station. The atmosphere was welcoming and clean, with comfortable chairs. The selection was varied: large and small brioches, cakes, pastries, cookies, ice cream, and frozen desserts. Candy and strawberry lollipops were also available.
We had breakfast there and were very satisfied.
The restrooms were clean and spacious.
Recommended!

The staff is very attentive.
The breakfast is plentiful.
The room was clean with storage space.
One suggestion for improvement: wider beds for single beds.
13/04/2026: Fantastic place, the restaurant is in this small village halfway up the mountain (easy to get to by car), far from the traffic. They have both a restaurant (with traditional and non-traditional dishes) and pizza, and everything is truly excellent!! Azzurra and Carlo are amazing, they always welcome everyone with open arms and a smile. I go back often, they make me feel at home ❤️

Too bad I ate there today, and when they brought me the bill, I paid €32 for two plates of pizzoccheri.
It's as if we were in a restaurant in Milan.

19/10/2025: I'd like to point out that the quality is excellent.
BUT
The service leaves much to be desired, and it almost seems as if, once the customer enters, they can't wait to kick them out.
There's never been such a rush to clear the table, and yet we went right at opening time and the place was empty! So, all this rush is inexplicable.
The dishes arrive very quickly, leaving you with no time to savor what's on your plate.
Moral of the story: I'm giving it 2 stars despite the quality, and I don't think I'll return or recommend it.
P.S.: The price is out of line, EXAGGERATED, HIGH, VERY HIGH.
07/10/2025: Anyone who says the meat here is good, I think, has never eaten meat.
The service girls are very kind, but 90 euros for two to eat reheated meat—never again.

01/03/2026: We met at the fish night on Friday evening, and we took advantage of the opportunity to enjoy spaghetti allo scoglio and fritto misto!

16/12/2025: It's become my go-to piadina shop in the last few months. She makes the dough herself, using a variety of high-quality flour blends. A little more light inside wouldn't hurt. The piadina costs a few cents more than elsewhere, but it's worth it.
08/12/2025: Bad experience, you can't make reservations, there's no phone number. I've written several times on Instagram with no response.
We came from out of town specifically to try their food, Saturday afternoon at 6 pm. Let's say it closes at 7 pm, so we'll eat something.
The welcome bordered on arrogance.
The place was empty, two crescioni on the counter.
"I only accept reservations," but if you can't make a reservation...
Well, let's do it like this, bordering on the absurd.

Traditional and delicious dishes.
The chicken and ribs were perfect and reasonably priced!
Highly recommended!
13/04/2026: Incredible food, charming atmosphere and kind and professional servers, especially Vittorio. My husband had the chicken cacciatore and the tender meat fell off the bone! The tiramisu is the best in the world!!!! We loved it so much we went two days in row!

The menus are seasonal, but they are extensive and offer a wide selection. Reservations are recommended, especially on weekends. RECOMMENDED! We will definitely be back.

03/09/2025: Everything about this place is amazing! If you are in Como, you have to come here. It’s a mile from the center, but worth it and if you have a car you can find parking on the street. Thanks for making our nights!
30/08/2025: In a warm and refined location, our experience was mediocre, from the service to the food.
The menu, already rather limited, included 3-4 appetizer items that were unavailable when we arrived.
The wine list deserves a special mention, being natural—a rarity in Como. Unfortunately, however, the waitress lacked expertise in this regard.
The dishes were not unforgettable, and the soup portion was small (the cover charge does not include bread, for cultural reasons, nor any appetizers to complete the meal or to deceive the wait).
For the type of experience, the price was slightly high.
Definitely room for improvement.
