12/02/2025: A place to eat at ease just like at home. Very nice and good food. We often get our pizza to take away so as not to overload the work of those who prepare the food. The owners are very nice and always available. I definitely recommend it for anyone who wants to pamper themselves in an environment of times gone by. It never disappoints. Congratulations and continue like this

26/03/2025: Both the cafeteria and the brioche are excellent, the aperitif is rich in choice and always accompanied by excellent appetizers. The staff is always kind and welcoming, if you become a regular customer it's like being among friends rather than customers.

23/03/2025: Bad experience with a friend of mine: when the problem with an order was brought up, a criticism was made of her review, in which she was told that she doesn't know her favorite cocktail, rather than acknowledging the mistake. I don't recommend against the place, but I strongly suggest that they reconsider the way they accept criticism.

04/12/2024: Peccato che in locali come questo dove i sapori ed i profumi dei cibi , cucinati con maestria e serviti in modo cordiale dai gestori venga consentito l’uso delle sigarette elettroniche . . come dite ? . . lo consente la legge ? . . mmhh ma forse suggerire ai clienti elettronici di uscire 5 minuti per i loro bisogni preserverebbe il gusto dei piatti da aromi al mentolo o eucalipto che con ossobuco o brasato non c’entrano proprio nulla . . mi spiace terró presente

08/03/2025: Con la mia famiglia siamo arrivati per caso per pranzo in questo bel ristorante con terrazza sul lago dove abbiamo mangiato. Molto buono il servizio, veloci gentili e professionali. Abbiamo preso degli spaghetti alle vongole (molto buoni), perfettamente al dente e delle cotolette alla Milanese con lo spessore giusto, fritte benissimo con la panatura fatta molto bene. Complimenti a tutto lo staff

24/03/2025: Where to start?; the pizza menu contains over 200 different types of pizza, leading to actual stress and the impossibility to find anything on the menu, so we just ordered what we usually order. The pizza itself was okay, not the best we ever had, not the worst either. The service was good and fast, only 1 point: the waitress need to stop telling guests to break a leg, its very inappropriate! Also not every guest who speaks a different language is automatically an English speaking guest. If people put in effort to speak Italian facilitate it!

22/03/2025: The Nisciolanum restaurant presents itself very well: a rustic and welcoming environment, with wooden tables and sideboards, a pellet stove that warms the atmosphere, and beautiful lamps with glass spheres that enhance the high ceiling. The only discordant note in the lighting is the choice of light bulbs: they alternated randomly between warm and cold light, creating a less than harmonious effect. The walls are painted in a soft and elegant shade, similar to mauve, enriched with lake stone inserts that give a refined touch. Even the floor, typical of the seventies, integrates perfectly with the style of the room. Overall, the environment is really pleasant. Unfortunately, I can't say the same about the service. Before going, I called to make sure the availability of pizzoccheri, and it was confirmed that they were there. I then made a reservation, specifying that we would arrive within ten minutes. Once we arrive, they seat us and bring us the menu. Even though the pizzoccheri were not on the menu, we decided to order them anyway, trusting what was said on the phone. We are offered an excellent red wine, which we appreciate very much. It's a shame that the pizzoccheri weren't up to par. Indeed, unfortunately, they were not real pizzoccheri: no Bitto, no cabbage. The few vegetables present were only a few strands of ribs, the cheese seemed like a mix of pecorino and parmesan, very distant from the flavor and consistency of melted Bitto. The potatoes, few and semi raw. A real disappointment. A waitress, sent by the manager, came to ask us for an opinion. I sincerely explained that those were not real pizzoccheri, and apparently my observation was reported in the kitchen. I think the chef also knows how to make them well, but he didn't have the right raw materials. The most correct thing would have been to inform me, at the time of booking or upon arrival, that they did not have the original ingredients. That way I could consciously decide whether to order them or not. For this reason, I give two stars: not for the cuisine itself, but for the lack of transparency on the part of the manager. Honesty comes first.

13/04/2025: La comida en Filo era absolutamente excepcional – cada plato estaba muy bien presentado y lleno de sabor. La selección de vinos fue igualmente impresionante, con excelentes maridajes que elevaron toda la experiencia. El servicio fue cálido, atento y profesional. La vista sobre el lago de Como es impresionante.

27/03/2025: Average pizza, quick to prepare but often the pizza is a little burnt... it's certainly not a constant, but when you get the takeaway pizza, you pay, you get home and you start to taste burnt, it's not nice... .once you can understand, after the third time you can't. Courteous and kind staff.

19/03/2025: Excellent evening at this place, the room was beautiful and characteristic, with adequate space between the various tables, even though it was a Tuesday evening, there were several tables occupied, the room was not noisy. Trained, kind and smiling staff. We ate fish starters and mixed fried foods, excellent in terms of freshness, raw materials and cooking, we also saw the pizzas and we will certainly try those next time. Adequate price, not expensive for what we ate and drank. What can I say, absolutely recommended
