28/08/2025: Great experience, staff always kind and helpful, desserts as good as you'd expect.

15/06/2025: The pastry is amazing. The first place in Europe which reminds me of Ukrainian high quality pastry. The mango & mascarpone and raspberry &mascarpone croissants are delicious (each €4). I also tried small cakes, with pistachios are unforgettable! (Each €1,5 or €40/kilo if you take more than 4).

23/11/2025: This is a great find. Magical place, old and untouched. Beds are very comfortable! Fantastic value for money.

17/08/2025: It's a very nice hotel. We woke up to the sound of birdsong and a lake view. We had dinner at the hotel and it was very enjoyable. It was very enjoyable to sit and chat in the garden and in the rooms in the evening. My only problem was that there wasn't a separate shower in the bathroom. We had to pull the shower curtain and shower in the bathroom, which left the whole place covered in water. It's not safe, and I wouldn't recommend it.

16/12/2025: My partner and I are extremely satisfied because we ordered a pizza that wasn't on the menu, yet they were kind enough to prepare it exactly as we requested: a crust-filled pizza filled with ricotta and mortadella. The tiramisu was delicious, and beautifully presented in a very cute little pan. They really made our wish come true! ​Furthermore, the service was very quick and they immediately understood our request.

05/10/2025: A great discovery that allowed us to savor the wonderful Sardinian dishes again, just steps from home. Very friendly staff, excellent quality, and generous portions. Awesome!

30/09/2025: We went on a Friday night with friends, and we were all satisfied. The food was excellent, and the suckling pig was AMAZING!! We returned a few months later, and it certainly didn't live up to our expectations... the suckling pig was dry, and the rind was "soft"... it tasted like it had been boiled... unfortunately, it doesn't get more than 1 star.

14/10/2025: I had an amazing stay - everything exceeded my expectations. The breakfast was outstanding — honestly the best I’ve ever had in Italy! The selection was excellent, freshly pressed juices, locally sourced butter and eggs, and even a great variety of breads. The hotel’s location is perfect, almost directly on the lake, and the restaurant sits right by the water, serving delicious meals. I didn’t even feel the need to try other restaurants in the area. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel offers free sun loungers for guests as well as SUP boards and kayaks, which was a wonderful bonus. I would love to come back!

27/01/2026: An unassuming restaurant with an attached delivery service/takeout pizzeria. Delicious food in generous portions at very reasonable prices. All the dishes we tried over three evenings were worth the price. Friendly and attentive service.

16/11/2025: 🎉 I couldn't have made a better choice for my birthday. The place is always welcoming, and the quality, as well as the courtesy of the owners and all the staff, are truly second to none. We started with an aperitif and then enjoyed a memorable paella. It was so good I completely forgot to take a photo! Not only beautiful to look at, but a true explosion of flavors. Everyone loved it, especially my aunt, who thought it was delicious. To finish, an excellent dessert and coffee, the perfect end to a special birthday lunch. 💛 Thank you so much for your consistency, your dedication to service, your excellent cuisine, and the kindness that distinguishes you. These are rare qualities, and that's why I always return with such pleasure.

18/02/2026: Today I had two coffees and two pieces of focaccia for a total of €16. Plus, four Chiacchere (typical Italian dishes) for €1 each. It seems really excessive. Plus, the welcome was truly embarrassing. Negative.

28/03/2026: Review: Gorgeous location, but disappointing management Rating: 3 out of 5 stars ​The place is undoubtedly beautiful and well-kept, but unfortunately, the beauty of the location isn't enough to make up for the customer service we found cold, distant, and decidedly sloppy. ​The most serious incident occurred at dessert: we found Styrofoam when cutting the cake. Such a mistake can happen, but what I found unacceptable was the staff's reaction. There was a complete lack of a formal apology and even a shred of empathy for the inconvenience caused. ​Instead of expressing sincere regret, given that the cake was also eaten by children, they limited themselves to a purely transactional approach, dismissing the matter with, "We didn't charge you for the cake cutting service." We would have overlooked the whole thing, but we found this response unacceptable and extremely offensive. I'm sorry, but a discount is no substitute for politeness and professionalism. A sincere apology would have been enough to make up for a bad impression, but the lack of warmth and the dismissive attitude ruined the experience. The Black Angus internal diaphragm was excellent. The 1,200 kg tomahawk arrived at our request and was lukewarm. In summary: A very beautiful establishment, but managed, at least on this occasion, with a sloppiness that doesn't do the place justice.

09/02/2026: Despite the food being good and the location being pleasant, I find it absurd that in 2026, restaurants still have signs—both inside and out—forbidding customers from paying separately. Added to this, when it came to the bill, the cashier was unprofessional and rude, making a fuss and even commenting on the request to pay by card, even going so far as to specify a maximum number of transactions allowed… It's a shame, because it would take very little to offer a better experience.

19/03/2026: Exceptional in every way. Excellent hospitality, friendly and super helpful. Lake-view room with every comfort, everything you could need. Restaurant: Chef Marta is stellar, offering unique dishes or traditional revisited dishes with added spices, sauces, or ricotta with starfish. A dinner I will remember for a long time. Thanks to Mancio for the wonderful evening.

08/10/2025: The staff was friendly, the prices were very reasonable for Como, and the food was delicious, what more could you ask for? :) We got a margarita pizza and a panzerotti. The pizza was like taco dough, it wasn't tasteless, but it was ordinary. But the panzerotti was legendary, we were from Milan, and nothing the famous panzerotti in Milan could sell compared to this, it was perfect.

07/10/2025: We had a late breakfast. Very tasty with bacon and scrambled eggs. One piadina – amazing! And my son ordered two crepes with Nutella and cocoa. Special requests are no problem. The cappuccino was superb. Absolutely recommended – perhaps a bit unassuming, but the staff was very friendly.
