We went to try this restaurant for dinner. It almost feels like eating at home. Lots of tradition and excellent ingredients. I was particularly pleasantly surprised by the pappardelle with hare stew, which in my opinion is the best I've ever had. (A generous portion.) As a specialty, they also have carbonara prepared at the table. Next time I'll try that. I recommend it to anyone who wants to travel back in time and tradition!

A typical trattoria serving home-style cuisine with old-fashioned flavors. The place is simple, informal, yet charming. The owner and staff are very friendly. The food is excellent and the portions are just right. Prices are still reasonable.

10/05/2026: Horrible. Poor service, they spilled wine on me. SHAMEFUL. Highly recommended for the atmosphere, but I think the service needs updating. Wonderful food, delicious, and you can even find gluten-free options, which is really helpful for me.
25/04/2026: I've never seen pizza and calzones this big. If you want a regular pizza, get the mini version. Excellent quality and perfectly cooked. The first course and dessert were also good. The atmosphere was clean and simple. There's also a patio, which I think they use in the summer. Friendly service; when the waitress saw I had half a calzone left over, she asked if I wanted a takeout box to take home. Excellent!

Villa Kinzica

28/04/2026: Spectacular location, overlooking Lake Iseo and Monte Isola. Rooms are a bit dated, but clean and the service is excellent. Kindness and friendliness reign supreme. Good breakfast, excellent cakes!!!
21/04/2026: Always a pleasure to have lunch at Villa Kinzica! Excellent value for money, delicious food, and professional, friendly service! Everything is very elegant, and the atmosphere is quiet and relaxed! Highly recommended!
