21/09/2025: I've been to the Castello and was very satisfied with both the dishes and the overall service.
The pasta dishes were very well-structured, while the shellfish were tender and equally flavorful.
I really appreciated the expert wine service and the friendly service manager. By profession, I sense a passion for serving guests, and I certainly sensed it here!
Highly recommended for a pleasant evening with family or friends.
Thanks to Paola and all the staff for the dinner and their hospitality.

06/10/2025: La Nuova Rimini restaurant was a great find for a delicious seafood dinner just 5 km from the Franciacorta racetrack.
I recommend trying the lobster spaghetti and their fish soups, which are prepared in full view, as the grill station is located near the entrance, creating an authentic atmosphere.
Nice note: the blonde waiter is gorgeous.

21/11/2025: Excellent restaurant, we both ate fresh pasta, I had tagliatelle with tomato sauce and my partner had pumpkin ravioli. Everything was delicious, including the bread, which was all fresh. I highly recommend it.

It wasn't warm outside, so they lit a fire to heat the dining room.

03/11/2025: The food quality is good, but unfortunately, the prices for the tasting menu increased by 44% from €45 to €65 between 2020 and 2025, while the portions became smaller and less elaborate – a real shame. Instead of a cover charge, a 10% service charge was added without asking. I find that outrageous. We'll definitely be back.

They adapted the tasting menu for us, as my girlfriend doesn't like fish, and prepared beef steak and vegetarian tortellini as an alternative.
The steak was the best we've ever eaten! It was incredible what they conjured up. The highlight of our short Lake Garda vacation.

26/10/2025: The food is always very good and carefully prepared, and the service is attentive but not pushy. A special mention: many uramaki dishes consist of only four pieces: the perfect amount to sample different types without overdoing it. Great idea!
16/10/2025: The all-you-can-eat formula was excellent, and the food was good: I had delicious sushi, equally delicious ramen, equally delicious fried food, equally delicious grilled calamari, and equally delicious grilled shrimp. I've been there before, and the food is always good. The restaurant has a large dining room, which, in fact, was so crowded that it almost completely filled up. Highly recommended.

29/10/2025: Renovated room. Varied and complete breakfast. Lake view and close to the lakeside promenade. Easy parking at the hotel. Charming staff.
19/10/2025: Ideal location. Room with a balcony overlooking the lake, with no road in between. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Breakfast is small but excellent. Dinner in the restaurant was excellent. Friendly, attentive staff without being intrusive.
