Today we could see the snow-capped mountains beyond Monte Baldo, behind Monte Gu, or Napoleon's profile, a rare effect of the Fata Morgana, well known to the inhabitants of the Strait of Messina. The mountains, the angle, especially Monte Baldo, which resembled Kailash, was a meditation, like a Yantra, which immediately activated the tatraka for the third eye...

02/02/2026: Sunday, February 1, 2026, dinner with friends. I ordered saltimbocca, which arrived cold and the meat was raw and tough, with an undefined flavor. I reported the problem, and the plate was taken away and remade. After a few minutes, my order was brought back, with two of the three slices slightly overcooked, the third still raw, and everything still cold. When the staff arrived to clear the plates, they politely asked if everything was okay. When I said no, they responded with "I'm sorry," and asked if we wanted dessert. The dessert was quite good. I had a cold banana and whipped cream tart. It's a shame that after a minute the cream was already more liquid than whipped. First and last time. I hope that from all the reviews you've received, you can glean useful tips for improving and using raw materials that justify the prices. It's a shame, because the place is nice.

28/12/2025: I did not expect much, maybe a standard hotel dinner with some tourist classics. I was pleasantly surprised when I was served probably one of the best meals I can remember. Yes the service is not snappy but it’s thorough and accurate. When I had the pasta I almost cried with joy.

27/01/2026: A special occasion, a dear friend's graduation... We celebrated with three menus offered by the attentive and helpful manager. Excellent cured meats accompanied by tigelle, focaccia, and crispy breadsticks, super creamy stracciatella, warm new potatoes and artichokes, dips, small canapés, and jam to be enjoyed with delicious pecorino cheese. All washed down with a choice of excellent white and red wines. We'll be back!
