If you're in Salò, besides visiting this enchanting town, there's one must-see! Floriana Restaurant.
The restaurant is family-run. Chefs Paola and Luca, mother and son, offer an excellent menu that blends tradition and modernity, with revisited traditional dishes presented in grand style. Stefano and Margherita, who will make you feel at ease with their professionalism and kindness, lead the dining room.
The beef in olive oil is a must-try; it's a true delicacy! The homemade desserts and bread are also excellent.
The wine cellar is very well-stocked, and with Stefano's help, you're sure to find the perfect wine for your tastes and to complement your meal.
What more can I say...highly recommended!

Fantastic reataurant. The little amouse-bouche for aperitivo and dolci were excellent, the staff were incredibly kind, the octopus and lasagna and tiramisu were impeccable. Forget any of the waterfront restaurants - Floriana is the best.

We went yesterday for lunch.
Welcoming staff, very nice dining room and dishes?
Congratulations! We had two first courses. What can I say...even the eye wants its part...the dishes are very well prepared, the pasta very good (made by a pasta factory).
They also offered us a vegetarian meatball and a homemade focaccia for an entree...my compliments.
With the coffee (we really liked their cups) they also brought us some cookies.
What can I say? We'll be back. We highly recommend it! The staff is attentive and professional.
We complimented the owner, who is a pleasure to talk to.
Congratulations to the chefs and all the staff! We'll see you again as soon as we can.

Absolutely delicious finger licking food. The lamb tartare, sweet and sour chicken, and aubergine for starters, braised beef and suckling pig for mains. Incredibly tasty, great service and nice wine selection.
