08/06/2025: The place was very nice, beautiful view, shame that it took us 3 hours to eat, plus not all the dishes came out together, I hope it was an exception

02/06/2025: MANAGEMENT CHANGED I'll start by saying that we've been going to this place for over 4 years and we've never had such a bad experience Gnocco fritto no longer available since Easter (or so they told us). When we booked we said there was a celiac person and they told us there was no problem because they had everything; when we got there they told us they no longer had gluten-free gnocco, nor breadsticks or crackers, so the girl ate some cold cuts without anything. We celebrated a 50th birthday, wanting to surprise them we called to have them make a cake and when we called they replied that they had a partner pastry shop where they made it lactose-free as it was our request, with a single portion without gluten, in the end they made the cake themselves (without even telling us) because for a pastry shop making lactose-free was too difficult?!! (This story stinks) They made us pay €7 per slice (we wanted it all and since there were 7 of us, what they made us pay to have the slice and the agreement on the phone was to have it all otherwise we would all have taken the choice of their dessert) plus it even arrived without the happy birthday written on it. The jams with the cheeses were non-existent but were simple onions and peppers (2 whole squares) The first courses (including the gluten-free) were all salt-free, I understand that salt is bad for you but charging €14 for tasteless casoncelli is a no thanks. The service was almost non-existent, we were always the ones asking, even though the girl who served us was always helpful and nice. The girl at the cash register was not very competent, unfortunately, when she made us pay for an extra slice of cake, but having noticed it on the receipt she gave us the €7 back.

05/06/2025: Delicious food. It's really nice to sit outside. Great atmosphere. Very friendly and attentive staff. The perfect place to relax after an eventful day.

25/06/2025: Truły terrible food. While the service was efficient, what they brought out was an afront to Italian cuisine. I don’t say that lightly as a restaurant owner myself. I really don’t know how the owners of this place can let the cooks serve what i ate. Seafood that was dry and tasted as though it had been bought frozen. Salad and other contorni that you wouldn’t serve to your worst enemy. Avoid this place and take a dip in the lake instead.

25/06/2025: Really great workers' menu at a super competitive price (first course, second course, side dish, water, coffee €15). The wait was a bit long given the small number of people but the service was attentive and kind. If I were to be in the area again I would definitely return!

21/06/2025: Since we had a flat tire, we stopped in. We only had an Aperol Spritz to pass the time. The staff was very friendly, the location was beautiful, and the Aperol was a great price at €4.

04/06/2025: After years it is confirmed as one of the best trattoria restaurants in the area. Excellent business lunches also on Saturdays with a large vegetable buffet.

04/06/2025: Direi che ci aspettava di più per come era stato consigliato da amici. Lunghi tempi di attesa nonostante la prenotazione, qualche risposta frettolosa e onestamente poco gentile, capisco la fretta di poche cameriere con un locale pieno ma.... Menu non ricchissimo soprattutto nei secondi, particolare la pasta fatta in casa non saporitissima ma buona.

16/05/2025: The place is nice, the staff is kind and the service is fast. The cuisine is excellent, excellent seafood appetizers, like the first courses, and the fish both grilled and fried and the portions are abundant. Must try.

19/04/2025: Reachable only on foot in the center of Chiari, varied and tasty fixed lunch menu. I chose the lasagna with finfarle and porcini mushrooms. By mistake they overturned the wine, but they promptly came to clean everything and gave me the stain remover apologizing for what happened. Which is what made me understand their professionalism, because a mistake can happen to anyone, knowing how to manage it well is what makes the difference.

23/05/2025: Il primo "Due Pozzi" ha fatto la storia di Flero. Il secondo la sta facendo. Sempre affollato, meglio prenotare. Il mitico Giovanni cucina. Le ragazze in sala corrono. Qu sii trovano piatti di carne della tradizione italiana, primi classici, gnocco fritto, pizza. Le porzioni sono abbondanti. La bontà è sicura. I prezzi sono invitanti.
