Best GLUTEN FREE PIZZA OF MY LIFE! I have been gluten-free since 2014 and tried pizzas all over Europe and in this region in Italy since then. Normally GF pizzas are cake-like and thick and dry. So to counteract that I usually order a sauce that is not tomato sauce. So pesto or something white - simply because tomato on cakey crust is not yummy to me. So here I ordered the white pizza with pecorino cream, black pepper, panchetta (bacon) and mozzarella. IT WAS DIVINE!!! If you are gluten free- or even if not - order Seglimi sono Tua. I will be back… after I recover from the current mouth orgasm this pizza caused. Great wine. Great experience!
