07/01/2026: A guarantee. Every chance I get, I stop by for an excellent pizza. I've also tried some of their first and second courses and have been very satisfied. The wait times are short and the staff is extremely friendly. I recommend the sausage and potato pizza, it's spectacular!!

24/02/2026: Pizzeria and restaurant that have been popular for years for their excellent service...but this time it was truly a disaster, disgusting and dangerous...a slice of tuna with scaly, smelly edges. Unfortunately, just one bite was enough to make me vomit all night...very serious!! The manager didn't charge for it...anyway, you don't bring a dish like that to the table.

20/12/2025: Traveling to Salò and looking for a place to eat, I stumbled upon the village of Gardola and specifically Osteria La Miniera. A pleasant discovery, and the view from above over Lake Garda with its snow-capped peaks makes it all very surreal. We'll return to the Osteria to write a review; in fact, we were pleased, first and foremost, with the dishes and the atmosphere that enveloped us. We had an appetizer, a first course, a mix of grilled meats, wine (1/4), and coffee, and were treated to a homemade limoncino. 14/03/2026: A delicious, traditional trattoria on the outskirts of Franciacorta. I enjoyed their hearty, delicious skewered meat dish with some relatives from Verona. For starters, we had excellent casoncelli and tagliatelle with mushrooms. The desserts were delicious. We'll definitely be back.

27/10/2025: We have been to this restaurant twice. Friendly welcome, pleasant staff. The pizzas are excellent and the pasta too. Generously served. Very good value for money. Ideal with children because it opens at 6 p.m. in the evening.

The service was very friendly each time; quick and attentive – you immediately feel welcome. The food was absolutely delicious and the value for money was really good. The only thing that could be improved is the ambiance, which made it a bit more cozy. Thank you for two wonderful evenings with you!

With a well-established reputation for excellent charcuterie and cheeses, they also serve traditional hot dishes. The place is a bit "cheap" in the back, with mismatched furniture, but it makes you feel like you're at a friend's place who throws parties in their trendy garage (great poster on the wall)... the restrooms are clean. But it's the owners who make all the difference, with their warm welcome, kindness, and expertise. Charcuterie is a family tradition, and they know everything about local cheeses. Try an aged Bagos while listening to what the owner tells you about it... a very, very pleasant surprise!
