25/09/2025: My friend had her scoop of ice cream in a special cone. It tasted sticky and stale. Everything was simply too expensive for mediocre quality.

23/09/2025: We ordered 2 drinks and when we saw that the tables next to us were getting side dishes we asked the waiter why didn't you bring them? and he replied "oh I forgot". And you mean he never remembered to bring them to us!

12/10/2025: From the outside, an attractive restaurant with a pushy tout at the door. The inside was very cramped with sticky tables. The food, unfortunately, was a disaster. The dishes weren't properly hot and mostly tasteless. The portions were very small for the price, like a welcome from the kitchen. The service was very inattentive. In fact, no one was full, and we had to go to another restaurant afterwards. Don't be fooled and steer clear of this restaurant.

12/10/2025: Don’t be deceived by the charming man at the entrance who enthusiastically explains the menu and convinces you to step inside… it’s all an act. We decided to give the restaurant a chance, only to be completely misled by everything he promised about the food. Because it was a chilly evening, I ordered the mussel soup and was given the option of a creamy or tomato broth. I chose the tomato, expecting something warm and flavorful. What I received instead was a bowl of salty, murky water with dried-out, overwhelmingly fishy mussels. It wasn’t just disappointing, it was inedible, and it wasn’t even what I had ordered. When I politely pointed this out, the waiter offered little more than a shrug and a half-hearted apology before suggesting another dish, though by that point, I had completely lost confidence in the kitchen and couldn’t bring myself to order anything else. My daughter’s tomato pasta was not much better. It was overcooked and in an insignificant tasting sauce that was too oily. The final insult came when we went to pay… the waiter tried to charge us coperto for 4 people when there were only 2 of us, clearly hoping we wouldn’t notice. I rarely leave negative reviews or complain at a restaurant but this was hands down the worst restaurant experience I’ve ever had, not just in Italy, but anywhere. Do yourself a favor and stay far, far away from this place.

06/10/2025: I wasn't happy about having to go to the post office, but I found a fantastic employee, kind, cheerful, one of those people who makes me believe in the human race. Serial number 382336. She always looked after me with a smile and professionalism. HIRE MORE PEOPLE LIKE THIS!! GREAT

08/10/2025: So... Soggy overcooked pasta, with the sauce having gone bad in my opinion, which was then recovered with a splash of white wine, left on the plate, they didn't even have the kindness to take it off the bill, with the second course they were somewhat saved, the only good thing was the courtesy of the waitress, the rest is not to be returned, luckily it is close to the hospital in case of a stomach problem you can get there quickly

08/10/2025: Don't be fooled by my photo, ginseng that tastes like nothing, the automatic machine makes it better at this point and brioche that are definitely yesterday's ones... all flavorless and expensive too 🫣

03/09/2025: Disappointing across the board, poorly maintained environment, food to be completely overhauled, boiled hamburgers, poor quality bread, chips that taste like they've been frozen, 22 euros truly wasted.

15/10/2025: Portions far too small, for far too much money. The burger meat and fries are frozen and poorly prepared. The pasta portion can hardly be called a portion. Very disappointing and a tourist trap. Not to mention the €4 can of Coke.

17/10/2025: We also went to the aforementioned ice cream parlor 🍨 Ai Cigni, a complete rip-off. We ordered a small ice cream and got three giant ones. They just didn't want to understand us. Three people (28 euros), that's how oppressive you are in this ice cream parlor. Never again! They should choke on their ice cream. There are much better ones than this.

13/10/2025: The ice cream isn't bad, to start with the only positive thing. We asked for a scoop of ice cream and were told to choose a cup. They don't give you a scoop, just cups that are then filled...and just like that, €20 was gone. We will definitely not be visiting this ice cream parlor next year.

19/08/2025: I was there yesterday... a Crodino, a tonic, and a coffee for €10.50... and no receipt! Unfortunately, the person who paid is disabled, and these two ladies, one in particular, took full advantage of it. Unfortunately, I found out on the way home, and I was in a hurry, otherwise I would have called the tax authorities! Horrible place, and even worse staff!

31/08/2025: Hello to everyone here who is annoyed about €10 for ice cream, we are still in shock and have fallen completely for this rip-off. My daughter had two flavors in a cone and I had three flavors in a cup, €10 each, all okay... I think that's a lot but it was good and acceptable. But my husband had about twice as much as me and had to pay €50 because it was a bit hectic and even shortly before the heavy thunderstorm (Thursday, August 28th) everything was a bit hectic and like something out of a movie. I was quick-witted enough to ask for the receipt. But you're always better off after the fact - we should never have accepted the ice cream. And the price is NOT written anywhere... neither on the cups nor on the wall. But someone was obviously trying to get rich.

30/08/2025: Classic tourist trap. I completely agree with those who talk about their scammy, almost mafia-like ways. AVOID like the plague! I ask for a two-flavor cone, and they ask me, "What sprinkles?" No thanks. I wanted a very simple two-flavor cone. I find myself with a two-flavor cone, yes, but in an XXL size I never asked for, and a bill of €10 (without obviously giving me a receipt). I wanted to let them have the cone; that's what they deserved. Too bad they hand you the cone first and then look for your money. There's a reason they don't make you get a receipt first, like everywhere else. If you pay first, they can't rip you off, and they know this very well. After all, who would ever buy a half-kilo cone that will end up everywhere but in your mouth? How can you expect to finish it before it starts dripping down every side? Dirty clothes and shoes. Hand completely covered. Not to mention the cone becoming one with the ice cream, an already awful Parisian treat that becomes completely inedible. You'll give up despite the money you spent throwing it all in the first trash can you see. I made a mistake not reading the reviews; I hope you don't make the same mistake.

19/07/2025: LESS THAN 1 STAR IS NOT ELIGIBLE! The visit was already at the beginning of April 2025. This experience teaches us again that reviews do have a certain amount of significance. Firstly, the wait time for the food is exorbitant. Even though we were the only guests at the time. It wasn't yet the season. Ordered homemade lasagna - lukewarm and there were several bones in it!!! After complaining and without comment, the second homemade lasagna arrived an eternity later. This one was boneless, but still completely frozen inside!!! And I had to wait about 20 minutes for that. My partner had ordered grilled vegetables and received them in the meantime. Mind you - the meal consisted of 3 lukewarm zucchini strips and some bread. When we brought this up, of course, they suddenly couldn't understand us anymore. So I switched to Italian, and the waiter suddenly became embarrassed. By the way, the boss/manager or whatever that person is, who ultimately gets the money, behaved so inappropriately. He stood at the front of the building with dubious characters the whole time, smoking nonstop, and making fun of the "German guests." Too bad I understand the language. At least I didn't have to pay for the lasagna. Which I would have refused anyway. Ultimately, we left the store hungry and with a life lesson. PLEASE - GO EAT SOMEWHERE ELSE. PLEASE!

19/07/2025: ABSOLUTELY AVOID! This kind of disappointment happens when you don't read reviews beforehand... Even one star is too much here! The food was like something you'd find in a bad cafeteria: grilled vegetables consisted of three warmed zucchini slices with a little bread. The homemade lasagna was also microwaved, as it was still partially frozen inside. Let's not even talk about the taste. Never again!
