11/09/2025: I used the "pickup service" for a package I'd ordered.
- The packages are placed at the entrance, within easy reach of anyone.
- You have to search for your package yourself.
- Virtually nonexistent customer service (I couldn't find my package despite checking every package on the table one by one. I asked the lady at the checkout, who replied without even approaching me, "Maybe it didn't arrive." This was impossible because I had received the delivery confirmation receipt. I left, and my boyfriend had to come back the next day to pick it up, also having a few problems).
I definitely won't ship anything there again.

03/12/2025: McDonald's is in line with the others in terms of food and speed of service, but the place is quite chaotic during peak hours as it is located inside a shopping centre.

We ordered two piadinas. €6.50 each, but there was very little toppings overall. My daughter's was missing one ingredient (the main one), and the barista didn't even come to tell us... we found the piadina practically bare (2 lettuce leaves, 3 dried tomatoes, and a little fontina without the grilled eggplant, which was supposed to be the main ingredient).
When I asked for something else, she said she didn't have anything... and the final price??? 1 euro less on the total... SHAMEFUL!!!
I paid, but if it were up to me, they could close today!

12/09/2025: We chose this venue to celebrate a friend's bachelorette party and had a wonderful evening. The food was delicious (we chose the €75 menu with after-dinner entertainment included in the price), and the staff was friendly and helpful, especially Yudi, who met our every request with professionalism and attention to detail. Highly recommended for fun and events!

However, the service, the selection, the noise level (inappropriate), and the music selection (unsuitable for the guests) have all changed.
Even the presentation of the drinks lacks care.
I'll definitely come back sometime, sometime...

We ordered spaghetti with fresh clams; the dish was dry and flavorless. The spaghetti was slightly moist but tasteless, and lacked the "creamy" sauce that usually makes all the difference.
The pumpkin risotto was a little better for the child, but nothing special.
The octopus appetizer was a squid appetizer. We were expecting fried octopus, but it was a different type of octopus.
26/11/2025: Food ok. Service ok but unacceptable that the waiters remove all tablecloths, lamps and heating while the guests are still eating at 21.15 event hough the restaurant closes at 22.00 hours. Very disrespectful!!! Pushing the clients to swallow their food and go so that they can close early and leave! What a pity!!
