Spiadineria In Brescia

Piadine ottime...location un po' disagevole

Passing by during the patron saint's day on February 15th, I ordered a classic piadina with squacquerone cheese, prosciutto, and arugula, and I loved it both inside and out (€7.30). I also had a salad bowl with julienned chicken with parmesan, olives, and yogurt sauce, which was good (€9.50). Half a liter of water €1.30 Restrooms on the same floor, tidy despite the crowds. Prices are clearly displayed, and the staff are available to provide information.

Very good and light dough, quality ingredients. They offer vegan and lactose-free options, which is a plus! They could use a little more filling. Overall, I recommend it.
