14/07/2025: Last night I bought a tub of gelato as a gift for friends, spending about €39. I have no complaints about the quality of the product: the gelato is simply exceptional, among the best I've ever had. It truly deserves more than 5 stars. However, I was very disappointed with the service. After such a large expense, I asked for a few cups (I needed four), and was told each cost 20 cents. Now, I understand that every business has its own costs, but after spending almost €40, it seems absurd to me that they can't show a minimum level of customer service, perhaps by offering a few free cups. You don't lose out for five cups; you gain in terms of image and loyalty. It's a real shame, because a product like this deserves worthy service. A little more generosity and customer care would make all the difference.

14/02/2025: Experience not to be repeated. Very cold place, so cold that you had to wear a jacket during dinner, very long waiting times! We arrived at 7.45pm and left at 9.45pm with dishes still being prepared. The young lady is nice, but the service is really bad!

19/01/2025: The place was not clean, dirty glasses, low quality fish, the wasabi was hard and old, the place was cold, the service was very slow, a roar arrived every 15 minutes, there was only the owner who made sushi for 6 customers, I don't recommend it, terrible food

29/03/2025: I stumbled upon it by chance, but I certainly won't be returning. The atmosphere needs updating and is messy. The pizza was mediocre, and even though we'd asked for cheesecake, the waitress brought me a meringue pie. When I objected, she told me they were out of cheesecake, so she brought me the strawberry meringue pie, pretending it wasn't something it was. There's a large room downstairs for parties. Anyway, it's a no-no for me.

06/06/2025: Stopped for breakfast. Inside the vast assortment I surprisingly found many vegan options (4 types of artisanal cakes and some croissants) really delicious and generous. The staff is very nice and the place is spacious. In the area definitely one of the most precious and inclusive places. I will return for lunch. Well done!

28/05/2025: Some waitresses were very rude, they didn't serve us well, she was annoyed when we called her she snorted, then we had never seen plastic plates and a glass and they didn't change our place, everyone was complaining... then the waiting times were long.

24/05/2025: abbiamo prenotato ma quando siamo arrivati non avevano nemmeno prenotato il tavolo. Immangiabile: ordinato l'antipasto con l'intenzione di prendere primo, secondo e dolce ma appena arrivati gli antipasti ci siamo ricreduti. Tutto surgelato, fritto in olio vecchio, tutto molto unto. Ci siamo alzati a pagare e per niente conveniente, non ci hanno nemmeno chiesto perché ce ne andassimo. SCONSIGLIO

21/06/2025: My wife and I had a great time. The arepas (very good sandwiches) are a must try. We were sitting outside in the shade and it was great. Considering that we are not in a starred restaurant, but in a bistro inside an outlet, the place is really nice, the food is good and the staff is kind.

04/06/2025: We went to this location for a business lunch while we were out on a bike ride. As a first course we were able to try the celery with meatloaf sauce, excellent!!! As a second course, chicken in the oven, excellent!!! Pork steak, excellent. We ordered 1 liter of sparkling white wine, 1/4 of red and water. Kind and competent staff, excellent chef, place in an excellent position easily reachable. Price €14 per person. This one is also excellent

Abbiamo preso il menù degustazione ed è stato veramente una cosa fantastica ….. Ottimo l’abbinamento dei vini ed anche la loro cantina. Chef Alberto è veramente uno stramaledetto genio ……. Bravissimo ad costare sapori, colori, eccetera…… Grazie mille per averci fatto trascorrere tre ore fantastiche ……

17/06/2025: The ice cream is very good and I was pleasantly surprised by the fact that practically all the products are gluten-free. This is something I really appreciated, also the price is average and you can have more flavors on all types of products. Well done, really. Recommended!

02/06/2025: Decent ice cream, in my opinion quite below many artisanal ice cream shops, then maybe I tried the "wrong" flavors, the grom flavor that I almost didn't like and it bears the name of the chain
