16/04/2026: The food is very good, with generous portions that are enough to fill you up, so good value for money. They also serve pizza for lunch.

12/04/2026: We came for breakfast. We ordered cream croissants and cappuccinos. Fifteen minutes later, we were told there was only one plain croissant and two bombolone left, even though there were four of us. What they brought us were cappuccinos that turned out to be latte macchiatos! And when we went to complain at the bar, an arrogant old woman remained completely indifferent to our remarks, looking down on us and saying, "If you say so." It was a nice little moment in the morning before leaving this beautiful region and heading home, but it put us in a bad mood and ruined the end of our stay. Where is the Italian hospitality? Where is the impeccable service and the typical products that the Swiss envy and come to Italy to find? While the campsite is fantastic, this bar-restaurant is best forgotten!

20/11/2025: A nice place, with plenty of parking. I've been there for business lunches and I have to compliment the chef for the excellent food! The owners are kind and helpful with requests. I recommend it! I'll definitely be back when I start the maintenance rounds (since I'm not from the area).

28/12/2025: Today's experience. We're in Castrezzato to visit a music store and decide to have lunch nearby. Google suggests the closest restaurants, and we choose the only one open. Without a reservation, we're seated, and the hostess offers us the specials of the day, a slew of first and second courses. Tagliatette with wild boar ragù, pennette with scamorza and speck, and casoncelli bresciani. Very courteous, attentive, and quick service. The food is truly delicious, and the portions are generous. Recommendation

The ground-floor garden overlooks the beautiful panorama of the plain and is perfect for aperitifs. The upper level features a large garden with a gazebo, offering a glimpse of the verdant hills, and a large dining room where we enjoyed a remarkable array of desserts. The restaurant is well-lit and welcoming, even for a large number of guests. I didn't give the service a fifth star due to a delay in service, which, however, was made up for with a charming visit to the cellar for a wine and cheese tasting. I recommend it for events like the wedding we attended. I would also like to suggest that management improve accessibility to the upper level for the disabled.
