22/08/2025: Very friendly, attentive service. The food is a bit more expensive than in other restaurants, but also more exquisite. Homemade and special. The seating is lovely on a beautifully lit terrace in a small alley. Even inside is very comfortable in bad weather.

28/08/2025: This place is considered exploitative in the first degree. There is a minimum order quantity. Everyone must order, even if they are a child sitting in a chair. The prices are considered somewhat expensive. There are many better options in the area than this place.

15/08/2025: We went in for a quick drink. The service wasn't particularly friendly and very abrupt. The coffee was good, but the Limoncello Spritz was unfortunately nothing special, very poorly mixed with far too much alcohol. The atmosphere is nice, right by the lake, although the overall decor feels a bit cheap. I wasn't offered any qualified information about allergens or alternatives. A monosyllabic reply stating that the ice cream sundae wasn't gluten-free was all I got.

19/05/2025: Small artisanal ice cream shop in the heart of Ponte di Legno, Crema e Neve offers a limited selection of flavors, but overall good. We took a small tub to take away and particularly appreciated the raspberry and yogurt, fresh and natural. It must be said that this is not the classic artisanal "shovel" ice cream, but the kind served from a dispenser, with a different consistency, more similar to a soft ice cream. The environment is simple, perhaps a little dated: with some renovation work it could be more welcoming. Overall a good option if you are looking for something fresh and quick, but with some room for improvement.😊

03/08/2025: Today we bought six takeout pizzas and unfortunately the experience was disappointing. In particular, the prosciutto pizza had a bad smell, and the prosciutto seemed spoiled, which is unacceptable for such a food. When we reported the issue to the staff, their reaction was extremely rude, which further ruined our experience. We would never expect such treatment in a restaurant. It's a shame, because the quality of the food and the service are essential to a good meal. We won't be returning and cannot recommend this place.

24/08/2025: We had dinner for three. The appetizer was excellent. For the first course, I ordered the calsu, but they told me they didn't have them (a shame, it's a typical dish). The first courses were good (I had reservations about the porcini mushroom crepes, too much béchamel sauce and not enough porcini mushrooms). For dessert, I also ordered a dessert from the menu, but it wasn't available (just let them know when they bring the menu). The service was inefficient (we had to ask for the wine and dessert, which they'd forgotten).

Eravamo in famiglia e nostra figlia, che non mangia il menù pranzo, avrebbe voluto ordinare qualcosa dal menù alla carta, ma ci è stato detto che non era possibile, senza alcuna flessibilità o comprensione. Inoltre, abbiamo dimenticato una custodia nuova del cellulare sul tavolo e, quando siamo tornati (dopo meno di 5 minuti), ci è stato detto che non c’era più. Era evidente dove l’avevamo lasciata. Nessuno si è mostrato disponibile ad aiutarci o a cercare. Un’esperienza negativa dall’inizio alla fine. Purtroppo, non possiamo consigliare questo ristorante.

15/08/2025: Avoid this place completely. You're only paying for the view. The portions are embarrassingly small and tasteless. Salmon toast is an understatement; it's actually toasted bread on half a plate, with a bit of salmon and avocado shavings on it. The fried egg has a runny white and a hard-boiled yolk. Yuck.

16/08/2025: I ordered pesto and potato pasta via Deliveroo. It was truly pitiful. The pasta was bland, lacking in flavor or texture! Just as it came in, it left...in the trash! The tigelle were superb, as was everything else, but this dish either needs to be eliminated/improved, or it will leave you truly disappointed.

Bufalina pizza cost €8, it would be fine if it were a Bufalina, they give me a margherita with a little more mozzarella, not even a hint of buffalo mozzarella but sticky, low-quality mozzarella. I also ordered a calzone also for €8, therefore expensive, but if it were nice and full it would be fine, but empty. They waste away to save €1-2 on raw materials and lose hundreds of euros by losing customers. Bha.

26/07/2025: After 7 years, I decided to try this restaurant that looked good (from the outside) despite always being crowded. I called to reserve a table, and when I arrived, the table wasn't there, and I had to stand. If it hadn't been for us saying, "Let's sit inside," we would have been standing for another 10 minutes. We sat down, and I saw the dirty salt shaker. Everything seemed neglected. In fact, I ordered mussels, and they arrived dirty. But the problem is that after I told the waiter, there was no apology, or, as happens in serious establishments, another offer. He took the plate and left. So I got up and went straight to pay. We also wanted to charge for the dish I didn't eat, and there was no courtesy or admission of error. So I got annoyed and said, "Of course they don't have the mussels, and I'll pay for them." I think it was a bad night for them, but I definitely won't set foot in there again. The idea of eating cheap fish is overrated in my opinion, because service and friendliness come first, which I didn't really experience. I gave it 2 stars because my wife's pizza was good, and the mussels tasted good, but they were definitely dirty, with the beards still on them. Terrible experience! And finally, they were also full of flies, which suggests it's not a well-kept and clean place.

30/04/2025: I'm reposting my review as it was removed (congratulations indeed). We have already forwarded a report to the 'Market Competition Authority' as the prices displayed are not true and you will find yourself paying more. I report the text of the report: on March 9, 2025, I went to the "SKI Bar La Baracca" restaurant to have breakfast. I chose a slice of cake indicated on the menu above the cash register at the displayed price of €4.50. At the time of payment, however, I was asked for a different amount, equal to €5.00. I immediately pointed out to the staff the discrepancy between the price displayed and the one actually applied, but I was told that the price list was not updated. My comment was answered with "It's normal, we don't update every time" in a very pedantic tone. Having found that this constituted a violation of the Consumer Code, the staff did not provide explanations or correct the amount. I believe that this behavior constitutes an unfair commercial practice, pursuant to art. 18 et seq. of the Legislative Decree 206/2005, and I wonder if other customers have been subject to the same irregularity.
