14/12/2025: Ineffective reservation system and staff unable to promptly address a system error.
Accusing you, the customer, of not being able to book.
The restaurant's offer wasn't a few minutes' wait, but much more than 30 minutes.
I don't recommend it, and I don't think I'll return in the future.
Unfortunately, when these unfortunate and inconvenient incidents occur, everyone involved is left with their own opinion and reason.
13/12/2025: Stopped by by chance, truly excellent dishes that even after eating, watching them pass by makes you want to eat them.
I, who don't like apple pie, had a delicious apple pie.
Friendly service and smiling faces, really good.
Congratulations.
I'd like to add that quality and professionalism are a free choice. If I want a sandwich in a blister pack, I pay two euros and after eating it, I prefer not to think about it. If a professional chef makes me a sandwich in the kitchen with healthy and excellent products, I don't pay two euros. I understand what I ate, and for the euros I paid, I have nothing to say: "I spent them well."

28/10/2025: A restaurant overlooking the Scaligero Castle. We had lunch for four, sharing an appetizer (very good fried gnocco and excellent hand-sliced raw ham) and pizzas. Nothing exceptional, but good and well-cooked. Excellent value, especially considering the central location and the prices of other restaurants.

14/09/2025: Impeccable service, the restaurant was certainly elegant, with a splendid view of the lake despite being there in winter.
The first courses were not bad, and the plating was very attentive. The second courses and salad were less so: the vegetable base and the portions were too small, which didn't go well with the price. The flavors were good. The petit fours were appreciated. Perhaps a smaller disparity between the prices and portions of the second courses would have made the bill more reasonable.

12/11/2025: I discovered it last summer, returning with friends after a hike. The food was EXCELLENT and plentiful. Mrs. Iside and her husband, Mauro, were delightful, cheerful, friendly, and kind. I recommend it to everyone!

I'm 45. It's a magical place, the owners are incredibly kind, and the food is authentic and delicious.

28/12/2025: Unfortunately, it was a very negative experience.
We decided to try this pizza restaurant after it reopened, but our experience was not satisfactory.
Upon arrival, we waited about 20 minutes for our order to be taken, despite the staff being present. During the wait, we received no explanation or assistance.
Once we ordered the pizzas, which were also recommended by the staff, we were disappointed by the quality: the dough seemed very hard and dry, difficult to cut, and unpleasant to eat.
We still finished the pizza to avoid waste, but overall, the experience did not meet our expectations.
We hope the service and quality will improve in the future.

We opt for a coffee: no sweetener, just sugar.

06/01/2026: The owner rightly boasts about his excellent bread, which is the basis for his sandwiches. Interesting and very tasty flavor combinations – I never would have thought a potato sandwich could be so good! Served with a decent German beer. Definitely worth a try!
