01/11/2025: I had dinner at this restaurant this evening and was truly satisfied! I enjoyed an excellent skewer with polenta and potatoes, prepared to perfection: authentic flavors, impeccable cooking, and generous portions. The desserts were also a delightful surprise: a delicious baked apple and almond tart and another traditional cake (I think it was called Streuselkuchen) with plums and peaches, with an aroma and flavor reminiscent of Austrian specialties. Both were delicious. The staff truly deserves praise: welcoming, kind, and very professional, always smiling and attentive to their customers. The location is splendid, immersed in the tranquility of the mountains, with a stunning view of the lake. A perfect place to relax and enjoy excellent cuisine in a serene and refined atmosphere. Highly recommended: quality, courtesy, and a heart-warming view. ❤️

26/01/2026: Ristorante Pizzeria Piandass in Borno was a delightful discovery: a welcoming place with a warm, informal atmosphere, perfect for a dinner with friends or family. The menu offers well-prepared, traditional mountain dishes in generous portions, complemented by tasty, well-topped pizzas made with a light, easily digestible dough. The staff is very friendly and helpful, always smiling and attentive to the needs of their guests, helping to make everyone feel at ease. The quality-price ratio is also excellent, especially considering the quantity and quality of the dishes. Ultimately, a place where you eat well and where you'll want to return.

28/12/2025: I recently visited PianDass in Borno with fairly high expectations, given the recommendation, but unfortunately, the overall experience was disappointing. We started with a cheese platter, which turned out to be a platter of cold cuts. While the cold cuts were good, it was still a significant mistake compared to what we ordered. The speck pizza didn't live up to expectations: the speck, instead of being added raw as is traditional, was cooked, completely altering the flavor of the dish. The main courses didn't improve the situation. The donkey stew had an excessive amount of cloves, with some unpleasant, hard fragments, making the dish difficult to appreciate. The beef tagliata, on the other hand, arrived very unevenly cooked: completely raw on the inside and overcooked on the outside. The only positive notes of the evening were the cold cuts (although they arrived by mistake) and the well-prepared French fries. Overall, the impression is of a kitchen that pays little attention to both orders and cooking methods. A real shame, because the restaurant has potential, but at the moment the experience doesn't live up to expectations.

03/10/2025: Nice pub, German beers plus a few additional options, mostly bottled. The latest change in management has changed it a bit, especially by removing the homemade desserts and focaccia from the menu and adding fried foods, typical frozen products you find everywhere these days. I'm so disappointed I don't know if I'll ever return. If I do, I'll consider updating my review.

20/12/2025: The kranz is spectacular. Delicious. You can taste the raw ingredients used, and it stays good even after a few days. The place is beautiful, well-decorated, and clean. The parking in front of the pastry shop is convenient.

30/08/2025: Beautiful rustic place, helpful owners. The only flaw is the saltiness of the food, which is truly excessive. The suckling pig looked beautiful, perfectly cooked...but it was more salty than spicy. The Casoncelli, too.

07/01/2026: First of all THANK YOU for being open on January 1, 2026... I'll explain why I gave it a rating of 3. The flavor of the dish was excellent but if I end up with mussel shells and clam shells in my plate but then I only find one mussel and no clams in my plate (I had 4 empty mussel shells and 3 empty clam shells that I didn't find in my plate) you're a bit pissed off also because I didn't pay 10 euros for the dish but double. If then in the other first course that was supposed to have shellfish there are TWO large shrimp heads but no bodies you feel a bit cheated, furthermore in this other dish there was a beautiful closed lobster claw that was very scenic but you don't eat anything there. I repeat the flavor of both first courses was super and the pasta was delicious... let's say everything was good with a hint of... bitterness. Surely it was nothing intentional... it was January 1, 2026 and it was full of people and surely the The restaurant owner and the kitchen tried to please everyone and in the rush, some things often slip out unintentionally.

09/08/2025: I hate reviewing and judging, but leaving as I arrived and having paid disappointed me, the fish if it's not good you throw it away, and lemon with vinegar I don't deny, in fact they make it worse, I hope to try the meat next time if it ever happens.

27/07/2025: For years, it has been a benchmark for mid-Valle Camonica dining. Both meat and seafood options are available, including pizza. You eat well and pay a fair price. They often organize fixed-price (fish-based) menu evenings, offering excellent value. At lunchtime, the lunch menu is always varied, tasty, and plentiful. Air-conditioned, convenient parking.

05/01/2026: Beautiful place surrounded by nature, with the opportunity to take beautiful walks.... The place is very clean, the service is excellent and the food is excellent in terms of quality/price... I will return with my family!!
