03/05/2025: We chose to go there mainly because I was looking for a grotto. There were 16 of us and we agreed first on the menu so as not to create too many problems for the service and already from the exchange of messages I had noticed a rare availability. We then ate very well: fried gnocco with cured meats and cheeses, lake starter, lake fish lasagne, asparagus risotto, Sicilian beef and lake fish rolls and tempura vegetables, as well as apple pie, chocolate cake and goat's fiordilatte ice cream. Only at the time of the bill did we learn about the non-profit organization that animates this reality and we were doubly happy, not only to have been treated divinely but also to have been able to support this initiative. 10 and praise

29/07/2025: Abbiamo preso alcune pizze d'asporto, devo dire che il sapore è buono, ma è lo stile della pizza la cosa che non mi piace (per i miei gusti, ovviamente), perché non gradisco molto le pizze molto ma molto sottili. Repilogo: la pizza è buona, lo stile può piacere o non piacere da persona a persona.

The owners, Angelo and Fabio, keep alive the traditions of solidarity, help, and availability that have always characterized mountain people. 17/06/2025: We went to the Curò refuge after witnessing the spectacular opening of the Serio waterfalls. From the waterfalls you follow the stony path to the refuge, two hours of walking, and you arrive at 1915 m above sea level. The lunch of typical dishes and polenta repays the effort made to get there. I know that you can also sleep but I have no information about it.

17/07/2025: Siamo stati in famiglia per un pranzo di laurea e subito siamo stati accolti dalla simpatia e dal calore di Monica e Maurizio. Bell'ambiente, colorato e familiare, e bei piatti, molto belli ma soprattutto molto buoni. Abbiamo preso dei primi sia di terra che di mare: i paccheri di mare erano superlativi, il risotto al Barbera un capolavoro di gusto e composizione. Buone le fritture miste, abbondanti e saporite. Si è percepita la cura e l'impegno che Monica e Maurizio mettono in quel che fanno, dalla scelta della materia prima alla resa finale del piatto. Ci torneremo sicuramente, anche solo per un saluto.

02/06/2025: The best restaurant we tried in Bormio. We were won over by the kindness of the service, the attention to the customer, the very high quality of the raw materials and the expert way in which they were prepared. It will certainly be a fixed stop for us every time we return to the area.

29/05/2025: We spontaneously stumbled upon this extraordinary restaurant on our honeymoon. We were immediately impressed by the doorbell ringing at the entrance! The ambiance is outstanding, with a private, tasteful style tailored to our liking. The service, both food and wine, was very professional. We opted for a tasting menu and were completely satisfied with the result and the price. It was an all-around sensational experience, especially the excellent wine pairing with each course. Highly recommended, and we'd love to return!

18/07/2025: I had a wonderful meal with the husband and wife who have been running this Osteria for—as it turns out—10 years. They have an impressive wine selection (I didn't try it, as I'm a healthy lifestyler) and delicious local dishes made with fresh ingredients. Allergens, such as gluten, are clearly indicated. They have delicious buckwheat pasta. The lady speaks good English. The village itself is a bit eerie and deserted, but the food is perfect. I thought it was a bit pricey, €119 for two people.

03/07/2025: I used to go to La Cozzeria in its old location on Via Muratori and I always had a great time. This evening I couldn't stop and decided to get some Moules et frites to go. Perfect, tasty, delicious mussels. The bonus I want to add is for the extreme courtesy of the person who gave me the information for takeaway on the phone and the young lady who, while I was looking for parking, also notified me that my mussels were ready. A level of customer care that is not so easy to find anymore. I will go to dinner with my husband and children as soon as possible!!!

04/07/2025: Always a guarantee. Good pizzas, excellent focaccia spadaccina. Fresh and tender fish. Fried food ok! For my personal taste the first courses are perhaps too delicate... I always add salt, but they are well cooked and well seasoned. After a year I confirm. Careful and good food Excellent atmosphere, you can talk, very kind staff. When I can it is my favorite place.

The main courses were excellent: trout, sea bass, and lamb. Good wine. Desserts were expensive for the quantity served. Six people, three starters, six main courses, three desserts, wine, water, and coffee, €330 Reasonable.
