Very good deserts and coffee, very nice and polite English speaking service, worth visiting. And the view is amazing.

A very affordable restaurant with a view of the lake, very good food and drinks.

Very nice atmosphere, the buttermilk pancakes were amazing. Our waiter, Mimo was so friendly that if you would fall into the lake, he would jump in and save you without a doubt.

La Cambusa sits right on Lake Como. We had cappuccinos, Italian tarts, pancakes and pizza - good food in an ideal setting. The barista was so friendly and spoke great English. She also spoke a little Spanish to the family seated beside us. You can’t go wrong with a stop here while in Varenna.

I stopped off for a glass of wine while waiting for a train back to Milan. Lovely little outside area, with a great view of the lake. The server was excellent - welcoming, friendly with a wonderful sense of humour. I didn’t get her name, but I watched the brilliant exchange she had with a French (?) customer regarding the last slice of a particular cake having been sold. There were smiles all round :) Best service on Lake Como!! I enjoyed the wine and the views and wouldn’t hesitate to stop here again to have something to eat also. Reasonable prices and the food that I saw looked appealing!

Je recommande ce restaurant. Nous y avons déjeuné, le 19/20/33. Accueil parfait, les serveuses parlent français, l'une des meilleures pizzas un excellent risotto . Nous sommes très satisfaits..
